need to contact your host and he will update on checkup procedure. that will be the only conversation with host. condo unit is as per picture, during our stay the bath soap is not refilled. luckily there is a convenient store downstairs. overall the location is good, near to restaurant, clean and value for money.

A good find”

The apartment is very clean and neat with nice deco. Everything is exactly like what is shown in the pictures. Just a reminder to others after making your booking: Before arrival, call the number given to find out your unit nunber. There isn't a proper check-in like in hotels. You go there, park your car aside, meet the guard at the guard house, and you'll straight away get your key card after telling them your unit number. (I didn't know this before and was quite confused previously).

The view from 17th floor was really superb. The facilities provided was good especially pool. Very easy to find restaurants nearby. Just walk to Taman Tenaga. Easy access to Mrt station too.

The place was not bad, clean but when we came the toilets were wet, the toilet roll also wet and the shampoo and soap was almost gone. There was no way to contact anyone except to walk all the way down to the guard house as there is no contact nbr given. The rooms were clean and spacious but the towels given didn’t look clean Nor freshly laundered. However the Guards at the guard house were exceptional, professional and very very helpful. Other than that, we had no way of contacting or interacting with anyone form the apartment

Toilet smell bad odours”

I'm a regular customer who book here to stay. Main reason is the location convinient to meet my clients. NowHere mgnt is getting worse. Pls settle the problem or maintenance before rent out. You will only get bad review instead of $

Everything was good Suggestion : if you can provide a sofa bed much better some guest might travel with older children which need more bedding We noticed that 2nd room has no AC Perhaps the owner can install one

Value for money; bad check-in process”

We arrived midnight only to find there’s no concierge or reception desk at the building. As it was a last minute booking, the check in instructions were not communicated properly. Annoyingly we had to seek another place to crash at 1 am! When we check in the next day, the first apartment given to us was horrible - heavy cigarette smell, dirty fridge and leaking air con. Fortunately the staff in-charge named Rayan was very helpful and immediately helped us switch to another unit which was 10 times better. We stayed for 3 nights and were happy with the basic amenities provided except for the shower gel that went bad (smelling like sewage), the Low pressure rain shower and the fact that only one access card was provided. I must say with the price they charge there’s still much value for money.
