Good location. From the terrace, you can see Okishima on the opposite bank. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Room with a beautiful shared bath. There is a wooden deck in the shared bath, so you can enjoy the sun while listening to the voice of wild birds. You can freely use tableware and seasonings for cooking utensils. The water seems to be well water, so I could drink it deliciously even when I brought it home. Soft water? It is good water. It's okay to come and relax during the off-season. I want you to do your best without hitting the Corona depression. Thank you very much.

This is good quit place to relax after kyoto sightseeing. It is close to a beach. You have better to go to super market before coming here. There are not stores around this area.

One of the best hostel in Otsu!”
Staffs were extremely friendly and they can converse in English really well. They even offered us a ride at night to the convenience store since there was not restaurant nearby but we rejected it because the hostel itself already had cup noodles and stuff for us to buy and cook. In the morning after our check out, one of the staff fetched us to the station because it was drizzling at that time. Extremely satisfied with the service and friendliness. Room was clean and fine. A lot of facilities to use. You got to pay for towels but it is understandable because it is a hostel. The only downside is the location. It is located around 10-15mins walk from the Omi-Maiko Station. So it was pretty isolated. The nearest cafe (R cafe) was under renovation. So, no cafe or convenience store nearby. But they are going to open a new restaurant this year so it is going to be awesome! If you want to go any place, you can rent the bicycle provided by the hostel for a fee.

Great place to be social or when coming with a group!”
Although we were here for less than 12 hours, we really enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next visit! The staff were super friendly and accommodating from the beginning (speaking fluent English as well). The facilities were phenomenal, including an awesome outdoor bbq area, lively common room fully stocked with tea and food prep facilities, books everywhere to read, outdoor activities to join, etc! And the food - wow! Definitely invest the 1000 Yen for dinner. Breakfast was healthy in both content and proportion, too. Wish we could have had more time here! We will definitely be back.

Commendable place to stay”
The guesthouse is just 1 minute walk to the beach. It has a wide parking space and 2 tennis courts. Although it has a common toilet and shower, they're all very clean and neat. You can opt to go to the indoor sauna either morning or evening. It has a common area suitable for groups. There's a nearby restaurant for dog lovers. For suggestions, (1) a shuttle service from the train station to the guesthouse will be appreciated because it'll take you approx 30min by foot, (2) add some rooms with own toilet and bath.

Excellent staff, great place to stay around Lake Biwa”
The path to the hotel from the nearest densha station (Omi-maiko) didn't have streetlight and it's get really dark during night time. We checked-in at around 8pm and didn't our dinner yet. So, when we ask for the nearest convenient store, they told us it's quite some distance and provided transportation for us with FOC!!! Same thing went on check-out day, they carried us and our bulky luggage to the densha station after checked-out. It's such a fantastic experience with them and definitely recommend this hotel. Lastly almost forget, spacious tatami floor room with excellent Lake Biwa view from balcony.

近江舞子で泳ぐために宿泊”
チェックアウト30分前に到着したため、駐車場に車を停めて琵琶湖に散歩をしに行こうとしたところ、中から出てきた男性従業員に迷惑駐車を疑われ大声で半ばキレられながら引き止められた。そのためファーストインプレッションは最悪だった。キレるにしても、まず宿泊者かどうか尋ねてからキレてほしかった。 いざチェックインを済ませて宿泊してみると、他の従業員の方は親切で、共用のキッチンルーム、リビングルームがあることなど良いところも多かった。 部屋にテレビが無かったが、逆にそれがデジタルデトックスとなり自然の時間に身を委ねられて良かった。 帰りには再度訪れたいと思うような場所になっていた。

合宿、キャンプ、パリピな人向け。車前提のようですが、近江舞子駅から歩けないこともない（徒歩20分くらい？）付近にコンビニ等ないので、交通機関で来られる方は事前調達してください。外国人スタッフがマスクもせずにまぁまぁ騒いでいたのが気になった。他の日本人受付スタッフの対応も個人的には？？？だったので、リピはない

湖水浴場から徒歩3分、綺麗な大浴場を備えた格安宿。価格からすると必要充分、しかしながら梅雨の時期もあってか、部屋の匂い（カビ臭い？）のみ、若干気になった。

タイトルの通り、施設もキレイで大浴場もあり夜はバーベキューも利用させてもらいました！スタッフさんも親切でレンタカーもかりる事ができるので、電車で行っても不自由なしでした！ また行かせてもらいます！
