Nice new place”
Seems to be a brand new hotel in the very centre. Excellent location, shower was good, room was clean, comfy and tidy, aircon worked well and was quite. Only issue was the fake curtains, on a wall to make it look more roomy. My room did have one, very small window . Not sure about other rooms, but very good value for money and quality

near to the night market, in the middle of the town

There are 2 night markets nearby the hotel, one is the fruit market alongside the river and another one is street food market located on behind the hotel. all market are daily open around 17:00 hrs. Top of the market is Old Town market located on opposite the hotel, you can walk and buy the ancient or boutique objects thing to gift your friends also a small food and beverage over there. this market open on every Saturday and Sunday 17:00-21:00 hrs. Have a nice trip in Suratthani. HF Hotel team.

One night in Surat Thani”
Exelent location. The staff is young and friendly but their English is a bit limited - enough to communicate and get informatio. The hotel offers ferry tickets (transfer included) to Ko Phangan. The night market is within walking distance.

Our experience with this hotel”
Pro: room and bathroom very spacious. Room on the 5th (top) floor with a partial view over the roofs to the Tapi River. Covered, free car parking in the basement of the hotel with a lift directly to the room floors. Modest, free breakfast (maybe more after the Corona period). Tip: right across from the hotel is e.g. A cozy café called "Mary" with very friendly staff, good coffee, croissants etc. and also various cakes. Not expensive in terms of price. The hotel is in a good location for various shops, banks, restaurants and cafés and the night market. Cons: There are rooms facing an inner courtyard with a restaurant / night club with music until about midnight! Well audible, even when the side window is closed! Hanging device for towels to dry off after showering was not (yet) attached. Information from the room service: Sorry, we currently have no one to hang these up! No offer made for an alternative solution. The friendliness of some people from the reception left a lot to be desired. Although the hotel name implies it, the building is not at the front of the harbour/river!

Large hotel, good price”
Traveling during Covid, we may have had a discount price for Standard room last minute booking. It's a large hotel, clean room and comfy bed. Slightly old, but well maintain. The free breakfast was a joke though.

Well located hotel”
This hotel is right in the city area of Surat Thani. Located near the river with lots happening along the river in the late afternoon and evening. Pubs and restaurants are close. Staff (especially the young man at reception) are excellent. Well trained and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to look around Surat Thani We will be back

Okey for one night”
We stayed at the Hotel for one night. It is clean and modern. There is a Smoking area on every Level but the rooms don't have balconys. There was music at the karaoke Bar near the hotel wich you can hear in your room. The ac worked but we couldn't manage to stop it so we had to put our room card out. There is a market near the hotel where you can walk to. The only really bad thing was the breakfast... Most of the stuff was spicy and a little sign would have helped to not throw it away. (Without the breakfast) it was a really nice stay.

Dear nicely guest, thank you for your reviews. Our Deluxe rooms all have balcony and bathtub, you may spent a little bit money to serve these type rooms. The AC can adjustable up/down by wall remote control, You needless to put room card out. Our breakfast has reserved for free of charged in every type rooms by Local style food taste, Southern part of Thailand, but we also have some European food to reserved.
