Excellent Location, Fully Automated Hotel”
The location is just a short walk from Kyoto Station. The hotel is fully automated, with no receptionist when you check in. Instructions for check in is also easy. The room we booked is the triple room, and there is a small kitchen and laundry area. The rooms are very nice and clean. Our room was in the third level and you can see the Kyoto Tower from there. Although there is no breakfast included, there is a konbini just around the corner. Luggage can also be stored for free in the main Kyoto Japaning Information Center just in front of the Kyoto Station.

My friends and I originally booked a triple room, but there were some problems with the water in the triple room, and I was informed that they would offer us two double rooms instead. The two rooms were okay, and checking in was no big problem. There is a tax that you have to pay for staying there, so make sure to account for that when you check in. This chain offers shuttle services and free storage at their information center, so it was pretty useful since you can only check in after 3 pm.

Love the concept and design of the room, the shower and the WC is separated. Spacious Bathroom! Japan sure are known for mini squeezy bathroom, but not this one. They provide Microwave and Stove too! They do have Wardrobe too so you can keep your luggage inside! Definitely coming back here again for my next trip!

The location of this hotel is great. Easy walking distance from the mainstation (600 meters). Room&bathroom are clean. Hotel is quiet. Only downside: the check-in procedure is a little difficult if you don't have internet connection (they send you a message when the room is ready). We just opted to show up at 17.50 - check-in is possible till 18.00. They also don't have lockers for you to store your luggage. Thankfully Kyoto station has many lockers, so we used those instead.

Firstly, we were not informed that we had to pay another 1200yen with the automated machine. Secondly, there was no lift and we had to carry up our 28-30 inch luggages up the narrow staircase for 3 ladies is a problem. Overall the room design was simple but clean and practical to stay. It is about 10min walk to Kyoto station

The hotel is near to kyoto station. Walking distance about 10 minutes . We are arrived late around 10 pm but there is staff that help us to do check in procedure. The hotel is quite big and full with equipment. We can wash our clothes during stay. Only the heater takes time to heat the room. Overall we enjoy stay here.

5 Days in Kyoto”
I got this property because from the photos and reviews it was better than good. I must say that the check-in process was really confusing as it was all done with a tablet as there is no one onsite to help you. However, the room we got was on the 3rd floor so if you have large heavy luggage I would suggest to ask for ground floor room as there is no lifts available. The room was quite clean as there is a separate bathroom and toilet, but quite small. The reverse heater for some reason would not heat the room and the time we were in Kyoto was very cold. No matter how high the temperature was it was not heating the room. Finally, the beds. They were terrible, the springs were digging into our backs and very uncomfortable for all three of us so if you don't mind not getting a good sleep and want a cheap stay close to Kyoto station then this won't be that bad. If the matresses were comfortable and good quality then I would give a better review.

Neart to Kyoto Station and convenient store”
Stayed 4 nights at the triple room (reasonable size room by Japan standard) It is like an apartment, equipped with basic kitchen, laundry washer and microwave. Within 5-10mins walk yo Kyoto Station and bus stops. Note for check in: Hotel will send you an email once the room is ready and follow the steps mentioned on the email as it is self check in.

Hotel is heavily dependent on a computerized system. No staff stationed at hotel and they don't store luggage at hotel. PROS: 1) 8 mins walk to Kyoto Station. 2) Has a Family Mart, supermarket, and small eateries nearby. 3) Good facilities in the hotel room: Washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove and washing sink, hair dryer, etc. CONS: 1) No lift. Very inconvenient if you are carrying multiple pieces of large luggage and allocated to rooms in the 2nd/ 3rd floor. 2) Small Triple Room has not much walking space, thus inconvenient if you have many large luggage. This room type will be more suitable for backpackers and not so much for families. 3) Beds were uncomfortable and there was only 1 pillow per bed. The mattress was thinner as compared to the ones that other hotels normally use. Could feel the spring of the mattress and the middle part of the mattress was already denting in. Bedsheets also seemed old and not washed thoroughly. My blanket cover had 2 brown stains.
