Beautiful modern villas and the best staff ever!”

We were so impressed my the modernness of these villas, the location, the perfected cleanliness and the most efficient friendliest staff I have ever had the honor of meeting. Upon check in u receive a mobile phone to use for pick ups and drop offs free of charge within seminyak, 66 areas but the villas are so well located we walked everywhere and utilized the private tour options to see the countryside. I have to boast about the staff because from the minute we were picked up from our other hotel in Denpasar we were made to feel at home :) once we were settled in and met the staff we were so pleased to have chosen Jas Boutique Villas for our seminyak base as we had the time of our lives thanks to the friendly staff, by the time we checked out we felt like we were hanging with family and thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent with them all!!! Saying goodbye was actually pretty sad and we were presented with gifts from the villas. My husband and I plan to return with our children sooner than we had originally hoped and can't wait to see everyone again. I would not hesitate recommending Jas Boutique Villas to anyone wanting 5star service and the best hospitality I've ever come across. The room was cleaned impeccably every single day, beautiful cooked breakfast delivered promptly at your convenience, pool cleaned daily, laundry services available and the best priced mini bar in Seminyak! Gorgeous villas and staff... Please pay no mind to people tripping about the walkway to main street as with the works etc surrounding the villas on public lane ways it's hardly under the villas control, we have absolutely no negative feed back to give and as for taxis not being able to find it, I guess people should ask taxis if they know where to go before getting in as we Did and we never had any trouble. The owner's, management and all staff should be very very proud of what they have achieved and the service offered is second to none!!! Perfect :) we really felt like family <3

Fabulous villas”

Jas Boutique Villas are excellent!! We booked out eight 2 bedroom villas for ourselves, family and friends for our wedding. We had airport runs that all ran smoothly. The villas van complimentary service that runs within Seminyak is so convenient, they have about three to four vans so there is almost always one available. We had our friends hire vehicles for a day tour and the drivers were all hlepful in pointing out sightseeing destinations. The staff have been so helpful (available 24hrs!!) and were always there to answer our questions (we had alot of questions!!) They always smiled and brightened our day! The pools within our villas are beautiful, however are just a touch deep, perfectly fine if you are tall! Day beds are in the villa for lazy lounging by the pool. The room service food menu is yummy as is the breakfast that we order everyday. It is served in the kitchen within the villa. Nice sized servings with a great selection of breakfast favourites. Love the layout and decor of the villas. Negatives are the roads leading to villas are under construction, but this a is a minor issue as they are in the process of being paved. Don't think it would take much longer as they did complete a big stretch of paving while we were there for the week. Mosquitos were also a minor issue as the staff sprayed the rooms, there were coils and bug spray also available if required. We booked the villas with a discount from Agoda so it was decent priced, however without the discount special I think it would have been quite expensive. All in all we thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately go back to stay again with Jas Boutique Villas. They have been so friendly and accomodating. Thank you to all the staff who make this place run so well!!

lovely pool & relaxing modern villa”

Our first time to Bali & we never regret choosing jas boutique villas as our choice. We were attracted to it because of the free shuttle service provided by the villa as well as the lovely pool. The day we arrived, the staff brought us into the villa and explained everything to us very clearly. The pool we saw did not defer from the picture at all! It was big and we brought our own float as well! Environment was quiet and not much noise around. The bathroom was modern and wildlife feel. The bathtub was big and I like the design of their water tap. It's centrally located in seminyak area, however the villa is a little bit deep inside. With the free shuttle service we do not have to worry much. They provided us a mobile phone as well and any point of time we can just call the reception for pick up. Room service was good. They delivered the breakfast to you on time every morning. Receptionist has never hesitated to guiding us on the places to go in Bali. Let me recommend a few must go places. 1) potato head - good food & the infinity pool is just by the beach! 2) 66 beach - you can rent the sunbed. Enjoy the scenery and the big waves! 3) legian street if u looking for nightlife e.g.. clubbing 4) water rafting is awesome! U can bargain a good price just outside the villa on the right (herdy) 5) uluwadu temple - best to see sunset 6) jimbaran beach dinner - romantic dinner by the beach but please do not order lobster. It is super expensive. Overall, value for money! (: oh and last thing, please do not take taxi from airport after arrival to villa. Booking through villa is cheaper 140000rupiah. Cheers!

I never regretted choosing Jas Boutique Villas & Jas Villas for my stay in Bali. Value for money Villas. The service provided by staff and mangement was superb. Villas is large clean secured and very private. Quiet and relax surroundings.The only one great point about Jas Boutique Villas & Jas Villas was the great shuttle service provided to Seminyak area at no charge and available at any time of day you needed. Jas Boutique Villas deserved 10 out of 10 overall. We will surely come back to stay at Jas Boutique Villas & Jas Villas again on our next visit to Bali. Kudos to Jas Boutique Villas & Jas Villas for execellant services and well trained staffs.

we loved this hotel”

although at first it was a bit tricky to find, we realised this was in fact the positive side to this place. it's about 2 minutes walk to the very busy main road of jalan raja seminyak where you get hundreds of shops and restaurants, but far enough for you to be in the calm and seclusion of your own pool villa. we were very pleasantly surprised when shown to our room. loved the breakfast selection we had every morning (you order what you'd like to have the night before - a main, then fruits/yoghurt, a fruit juice, coffee/tea) which we enjoyed in the open air kitchen which had all the facilities you'd need including a microwave which we did use to heat up a meal we brought back with us once. the room itself was nice with a big closet. i liked how spacious the bathroom was and the waterfall-like shower and the big bath tub. the pool was nice and deep with a nice area to lounge. we appreciated the different towels for the bathroom and the pool and how often they were changed. another great service they offered was the free shuttle to anywhere you'd like to go to in the seminyak area - we used this for dinners at the different really great restaurants, the 66 beach, massages, etc. kadek was one of the drivers we had and we can't help but agree with another reviewer what a brilliant staff he was. always smiling, asking us how our day/dinner was, etc. thanks kadek! all the other staff were also brilliant. once when we waited for the driver for a considerable amount of time and as none of them were still available after an hour, they called a cab for us and this was on the house. conclusion: we loved jas boutique villas and seminyak is such a great location for the endless great restaurants!

A Wellness Of Bali Stay”

It's my first time in Bali . Usually 1st timer to Bali will need really plan every single itnenary. Always wants stay in a good accomandation . But I've choose Jas Boutique of bcoz of my instinct of the location from the map . And prefer abit away from Kuta Town. Arrival at airport welcomed by Jas Boutique friendly driver "Wayang" Very friendly informative and always give us ideas or even good location to go and not to go . With good prices to bargain . We have 2 day Full Tour with him .5 👍 UP to Wayang . Villa is cleaned ... well maintained... no hustle check in periods . Staff friendly . Security is good . For those couple or families looking for a villa with a affordable rate . I suggest Jas Boutique Villa . Hustle free ... quiet as it is . .. near from any amenities . Kudos Jas Boutique Villa . Sure will have another stay over again soon . 😍

this place is amazing”

i would definately recommend this property to everybody - its was superb - the facilities are fabulous, the staff at the villas are amazing and very very accommodating, the pool was awesome, the breakfast was delicious especially the banana and pineapple pancakes. the girls at the spa (natalie and wayay) are brilliant if you want a traditional balinese massage - beautiful girls and fabulous massages. the main street of seminyak is just a 5 minute walk down the laneway and the price of the villa is unbeatable for what you get. thank you very much jas boutique villas for a wonderful bali holiday. i will definately be staying with you next time i visit bali.

Amazing Place Privacy Plus. Staff Fantatastic”

This was our first time stay Jas Boutique Villas and they where amazing for us the location was great. The layout of the villa was perfect for us as you entered you had the kitchenette then down the path you bedroom beautifully laid out with a very large & modern ensuite with a massive bath. Yes what you see in the pictures is really what you get. The pool with day bed was the feature as far as we were concerned laying out catching some sun reading it was as if none else existed (Yes there are some road issues as others have mentioned but they are being fixed in the next 2mths its Bali it all takes time) The lay out we couldn’t fault you where locked away in your own little would & the staff totally respected this, they are always willing to help with a smile nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was simple & hot most enjoyable. Out in Legian Rd you have Circle K or Bintang Supermarket to stock up you kitchen we didn’t bother as we’re on holiday. Roshyi is a great Japanese restaurant & you have to try Pantarei its Greek service, food ,atmosphere all amazing As you may gather we love everything about Jas Villas this is our 14th trip to Bali by far for us this was a very relaxing & enjoyable 7 days.

Beautiful resort, honest and helpful staff”

Once we arrived the resort, we were amazed by the Balinese feel at the reception. The staff were very friendly to offer us a welcome drink and cold towels to cool ourselves from the hot sun. After check-in, the staff showed us to our room and explained the usage of their facilities in detail. She was very polite in addressing us and showing us around. I love that the resort gave us a mobile phone such that we can contact the reception for shuttle services, spa and tours! This is a great service that not every hotel/resort offers. I also like how the shuttle service was able to bring us to and back from restaurants nearby, unlike most shuttle services they drop at certain drop-off points to major shopping malls or attractions. During our stay, we also visited the Jas Spa. Initially the resort was shorthanded of therapist but because of me, they specially sent a therapist from their other branch to offer their services. I felt so honoured. On the last day when I checked out of the resort, I did not realise that I made overpayment and it was when I arrived back in my country, I received an email from the staff informing me of the additional payment and kept my payment at their reception. The staff's honesty is indeed commendable! Will definitely recommend Jas Boutique Villas to my friends. Thank you Jas Boutique Villas for making my stay such a pleasant and enjoyable one!

Comfortable villa with plunge pool, nice staff”

the many staff at jas boutique villas were always smiling and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. the modern villa is a good size and has a plunge pool that is great for cooling off after a hot walk back from the shops. the bathroom plumbing is "interesting" - a waterfall shower cascades water all over the bathroom floor as you use it! this was a small problem though. the included western breakfasts were excellent, with a good range to choose from and eat in the villa. the villa is at the southern end of seminyak, close to a number of shops and restaurants on jalan raya seminyak. the bintang supermarket is a few minutes away and provides everything you'd need, including fresh milk in cartons. the main access road to the villas was being re-built while we were there, so the road in was a bit rough but easy enough to use day or night. we had five nights in total and really enjoyed our stay.

Great Service and lovely villa”

We loved our stay at the Jas Boutique Villas. The pool was clean and fun. The bathroom was huge and well designed. Most importantly, the staff was always very courteous and warm. Please note that it may take more than 40-45 minutes to/from the airport due to traffic so plan accordingly. The villa is quite close to the Seminyak market but the way around is a bit tricky. The food is alright, though I would recommend going out for meals as there are some very cool cafe and restaurants in Bali especially in Kuta region. All in all we had a fabulous time in Bali and at Jas Villas.

Awesome Experience with Jas Villas”

It was an amazing experience. It was just me and my another friend. It was our first time in Bali and we were scared. But the staffs in Jas Boutique were reliable, informative and helped us during our entire stay. We had an awesome driver from Jas Boutique. The massage was good. The place is quiet. I had only 2 issues about my stay. They pool was too deep. Its around 1.6m. But our driver brought us to a shopping centre to buy a float, so it was ok. Secondly like other parts of Bali, you will have many mosquito bites. But the villa provides you with mosquito repellent and mosquito coil. The villa is amazing, and the relaxing area beside the pool is a plus to the whole villa. We spent most of time chatting there. In short, my stay with Jas Boutique was AMAZING. Highly recommended.

My family and I truly enjoy our stay in jas boutique villa. Travelling as a family of 5 and was upgraded to their two bedroom villa which was awesome although the only comment is that the pool is quite deep for younger children to swim in.Their staff was attentive and friendly and the shuttle service anywhere in seminyak is very thoughtful even though we didnt have the chance to use it. Close proximity to the main area of seminyak (within 5 mins to shopping streets). Breakfast was served in the villa and it was our best 2 nights in bali!

Fantastic place to stay ”

We recently had a great stay at the Jas Boutique Villas. I would definately recommend this place and we will definately be staying there again for our next visit to Bali. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. we had a great driver ( Kardek )supplied by the Villas who drove us to many an interesting location with many stories of Bali.The villas are down a track that is out of the way from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access everything. the photos from the website are very true to what you actually get, so we were so pleased when we arrived.some nights we were too exhausted to go back out so we just ordered room service and it was never a problem. loved the staff

Great Place to Stay”

Would not hesitate to recommend Jas Boutique Villas, from the moment we arrived to the time to leave our hosts were extremely polite, helpful, friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Booked 1 bedroom villa, but found it to small, so upgraded to 2 bedroom villa which suited us better. Breakfast very enjoyable every morning, rooms cleaned every day, pool spotless, fridge stocked with Bintang small $2.50 , coke ,sprite and water. Very close to Bingtang supermarket. Excellent pricing for our 5 night stay less than $120.00 per night. Private laundry close by, 1 minute walk . Having stayed in several villas in Bali, this would be a place to come back too with our family

We have stayed at Jas Villas Seminyak, this time here at Jas Boutique Villas Seminyak (close to Bintang Supermarket) and next time we will stay at the Jas Green Villas in Seminyak, just behind their original Jas Villas.

Friendly stuff even sometimes they are too slow. Great value for money. Cleaned room. Pool is a bit small and very deep which can be dangerous for kids but private with excess from the room and enjoyable. Breakfast is fine but the juices are the concentrate with alot of sugar. Local dishes as Nasi goreng and fried noodle are nice. Hotel Location is good but deep away and narrow street from all restaurants and shops. Hotel provides free transfer around seminyak with a spacious Toyota car and friendly driver. Didn't use the spa service but seem they offer great prices. Yes, Jas Boutique Villas is recommended.

we stayed for 3 nights in jas boutique villas, it was a great retreat for me & my 2 teenage girls. jas located in the heart of seminyak, easy access to the main road, all by walking distances. the hospitality of the staff that impressed me a lot, they served us with smile & very helpful in many ways. the bedroom is clean & cozy, the bathroom is big, each villa has a small pool with gazebo, just what you need after walking under the sun. without any hesitation i already booked 2 bedroom villas for my next trip in march next year. looking forward for another great stay in jas boutique villa.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN SEMINYAK”

Hello I had the most fantastic time at Jas Boutique Villas, the Villa is absolutely beautiful and the Private Pool Villa was gorgeous. The staff met me at the airport at 21.40 to bring me back to the Villa and even though I checked out at 12 noon on my last day, they still provided me with complimentary phone and shuttle service to enjoy the last day of my time in Bali. The staff went over and beyond what i had expected and the level of cleanliness throughout the Villa was exceptional. I have no problem suggesting this to be the place to go and i will be booking with the Jas Boutique Villas in 6 months time for my next holiday.

I cannot praise Jas Boutique Villas enough... We stayed in 2 bedroom villa with private pool. It was extremely clean and stylish. Breakfast was bought to the villa every morning and the choice of food was really good. The location is excellent being just a short stroll away from the hub of seminyak and yet the villa itself is peaceful. All the staff are extremely professional and always willing to help. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for their drivers to take us anywhere we wanted to go. I would recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to stay in Seminyak.
