The accommodations, the wonderful staff and the amazing restaurant are all in one place. Who knew that was even possible ? The sauna and exercise room were so clean and peaceful. Great get away from home. So many people care about making your stay great. It feels like a family atmosphere . People actually ask how you are doing and are really , and I mean REALLY nice. What more could you ask for?

That room was very clean. The beds very comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly. We had breakfast in the morning and it was more than what we expected in the hotel. Will definitely stay here again if passing through the area.
There wasn’t anything I did not like. I would suggest an extra towel or two. Would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom but not a big deal.

Staff were amazing! When we asked about something, they took the initiative to help us get the information we needed or even make a pizza order for us! Room was clean and comfortable!
Shower water was warm, but could have been hotter. Continental breakfast would have been nice for the price paid.

Street noise!! You would not think that would be a problem 14 floors up but it did keep us awake until 2-3:00 in the morning.

Beautiful new hotel with amazing modern rooms. The restaurant was so good and we will definitely make it a point to get reservations at the Rose Wild when passing through.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable and I could feel individual springs poking through all night. I get that comfort is subjective but this was a bit much. The hot water heater was out, no one told us! So it was cold showers for us. Checking out I told the front desk and they said yeah we’ve been having issues with that.

Location was great. Beautiful decor. I liked the hygiene products offered.
Had to call maintanence twice for a toilet not flushing and the shower flooding the bathroom floor. It was very disappointing for a upper scale facility. Front desk staff did not seem genuine when concerns brought up. No costumer service recooperation offered. Was an "oh well" attitude.
