So convenient”
Pros, so close to both T2 and T3. Short walk only. Clean, quiet, top shelf staff, inside private terminal compound so max security and safe. Cons, nobody knows where to find JetQuay, not the airport information desk, not the taxi. The taxi finally got there after 30 minutes driving to find its basically at the taxi stand. Just walk there if it's not raining. Fine for me on my own, but rooms very tiny. Food is only average but very limited choices and for me nothing that appealed. So many more options for staying; whole day, half day, extensions, etc, not mentioned in booking site. Overall, great option for overnight stay.

Small to with central air conditioning is not good for heath or/ confort even just for one night”
I was very impressed at first and felt very lucky. The personal are very kind. The welcome was over my expectation. And I know the people tried their best but I now regret to have stayed there as I am sick. I booked this small capsule room and it was perfect for what needed except that the air-conditioning was far too strong and there were no way to reduce it. My mouth, my nose everything was getting so dry which made it difficult to sleep and gave me a cold now which I trying to fight for already 2 days. I am coughing. The staff every nicely explained that the air-conditioning was centrelised and they could not do anything. They offer an extra blanket but I did not think it will do much. So sadly I cannot recommend this place for those rooms. Other bigger room might be different but I don't know. For me not be able to regulate air conditioning is not something I ever came across yet. I would have to be careful in future to not have to deal with this ever again.

A nice find at Changi”
The CIP terminal is not easy to get to from the airport, but easy to find if you are coming from the City. I particularly liked the 24-hour buffet (including wine). The rooms are comfortably small and the facilities look pretty new. Nice if you've got 6-8 hours to kill at Changi.

Such a good and splendid place even though I must walking for about 5 minutes from transit area since I didn’t requested any shuttle from transit area, yeah if you bring a such a heavy luggage well u need kinda hard work to go there. The solo suites is great and the staff is also helpful! Well I woke up late almost on the boarding time and I told the receptionist and they help me and prepare the car for me to the transit area even though it’s only reached F51, and my transit area was in E22, but yeah they help me though :) Such a great experience! Was excellent , once I found it...”
The CIP terminal is not internally connected to Changi airport, once you leave immigration and collect your baggage so a short walk across a couple of carparks was needed. But once there it was all good. Chilled water available and a fantastic shower. Next morning was able to have a light breakfast and use the wifi and then was given a ride back to the airport. Will definitely do this again.

LOCATION IS ABIT FAR, ABOUT 17MINUTES WALK FROM THE CUSTOM TO THE SUITES. HOWEVER YOU CAN REQUEST FOR A RIDE INSIDE THE AIPORT, WITH EXTRA CHARGES. QUITE COSTLY FOR A SHORT STAY BUT CANT HELP BECAUSE NEEDA REST FOR A 10HOURS STOP IN THE AIRPORT

Good place to catch some sleep for night time transfers”
5-10m outside walk from Terminal 2 past the garage (use Google Maps). Basically a lounge plus single rooms with shared bathroom. Very comfortable with nice staff.

I arrived at SIA in the middle of the night and I was kindly picked up by a chaffuer without booking, at no cost. In the early morning, I was chauffeured back to the airport at no cost. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Define nutrient recommend.

Tricky to find as staff in airport cannot help you to locate the hotel, advised to use a taxi, but the drivers did not know where to find the building either. The entrance back into the terminal is fantastic.

I didn't realize that the hotel is located quite far from the airport. I know it's outside the airport but I wasn't aware that it took me about 10 mins walking. What's make it worse is that I went there at midnight and there was no clear sign on how to get there. When I asked the airport staff, she was confused so she had to ask another staff and she later told me where it is. The room was smaller than I expected but everything was clean. The bathroom and the toilet is located outside the room so if you're the type who frequents the toilet a lot, that can be troublesome. What I like about the hotel, though, is that it comes with breakfast and they have shuttle car service that will take you to your terminal.

シンガポール早朝着だったのですが，子供を休ませたいと思って利用しました。今回は初めての利用でしたし，第2ターミナルのインフォメーションでタクシーを勧められたことから，タクシーで行きました。しかし，場所さえ知っていれば歩いて行けます。いうほど遠くないです。4部屋しかないのですが，軽食やソフトドリンクやワインまでありました。私が行ったときは，スパークリングワインまであったので，とてもお得感がありました。ロビー・ラウンジは最高です。また利用したいホテルです。
