Excellent”

As mentioned under the hotel Facilities & room photos provided shows that the Sofa & Desk are available in ALL rooms. However, the room we got have neither of them which was quite a disappointment. We have conveyed this to one of the FOH staff, he said will get someone to look into it. As much as we love the huge TV in the room, it keeps getting out of signal & can be quite frustrating. I hope that the hotel staff will really do something about it. Apart from downsides mentioned above, we still highly recommend Ji Hotel to everyone! Ji Hotel is situated at a great location, 5 mins walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Room is cozy & love the minimalist design, perfect spot for staycation!

Worth the money !!”

Had a stay in Ji Hotel on the past weekend for a short gateway!! Good location if you plan to explore orchard, clake quay, Chinatown is just a few stop of MRT/Bus distance is convenient. Love the minimalist design in every corner of the hotel !! Can believe they have such a huge TV in room !! Overall 4.5 star !! Bravo ~

Exceptional”

This hotel is located at the quieter part of Orchard Road but it’s only a street away from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT which is one of Singapore’s biggest MRT exchanges so going around Singapore by MRT is a breeze. Being a new hotel means that the facilities are in tiptop form. And being a fairly small hotel means not having to queue for the lift or bumping into other guests at hallways or the lobby. The beds and pillows were excellent and gave us a goodnights’ sleep. Hotel rates, location, facilities and the staff too were all excellent. Will surely stay here again!

It was a nice experience”

Loving our stay at Ji hotel, feeling so zen when we entered the lobby, feeling like we’re in Spa place! Love the room decoration, a lil bit small but feeling comfyy. About 15-20 mins walking to centre of orchard.

Decent, Comfortable and a great location.”

Our stay with Ji Hotel was a very comfortable one. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The television was huge but there were problems with the signal where the tv would freeze for good chucks of time. This applied to all the channels. If not for the tv i would say this was a decent stay and really adequate for people who wants to have a place for a short stay.

Great location, Clean Room”

Location is great, like 5 mins walk from MRT station. Room is big, comparing to other hotels in Singapore, have some space for my kid to run around the room. Bathroom door is glass, but it's not facing the bed. People on the bed won't be able to see what inside the bathroom, however, might be a little bit awkward if traveling with friends not family. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Solid hotel but I didn't sleep well”

4/5: Solid hotel staff and facilities, but I didn't sleep well for my 1-night stay; unlikely to return. Hotel is clean, staff are helpful and professional. Facilities are well maintained. Bedding, especially pillows, weren't very comfortable for me (a bit too hard for my tastes, though there was nothing materially wrong with them) so I didn't get much sleep and adjoining rooms/hallway noise wasn't well insulated (some neighbors checking out at 7am banging around, bathroom noise quite audible, crying child, etc.) Also self-laundry is 8SGD per wash and 8SGD for dry which seems a bit steep (better than service wash prices, but expensive for self-wash)

this local is really new with minimalist design. the room that i got is quite huge (than normal hotel in sg), its clean, comes with japanese style wooden floor, same as u see from photo, u will feel zen! plus point close to mrt and fort canning instagrammable location (walkable 5mins). orchard road is also near, the thing is to get to the happening side of orchard rd (somerset, ion orchard area) there is slightly distance about 10-15mins walk, but its ok as you can enjoy the city view, if not you can always to take mrt dhoby gaut and stop at somerset/orchard station.

Very central in Singapore. Hotel Room was a decent size for a solo traveller, nice and clean and great value.

Great location and a nice quiet hotel”

The hotel is just steps away from the MRT which makes travelling quite easy. When I stayed the hotel was newly open di all the facilities were still brand new and in great condition. I do hope they will maintain it that way. I like the quiet location and the facg that it is a bit off from the main road.

Good stay at Ji Orchard”

Everything’s still new here, so it is well maintained. TV is super big. The only cons is no cafeteria yet as they are still new. But is okay, as walking distance of 5 mins can reach Plaza Singapura mall & Dhoby Ghaut mrt to reach anywhere in SG to get food. Would definitely return again if the price doesnt overhike in future!

RECOMMENDED!! Muji-inspired hotel with nice wooden furnishings. Bed are comfortable, shower are good. TV is HUGE but cannot connect to phone except for music. Quite value for money!! Very decent staycay!

Clean room and accommodating staff”

The room had a minimalist design and it was really clean. When our tv remote had no battery, the staff were prompt to change the battery. Tv signal wasn't great as the shows kept stopping midway, but it's still manageable. The only thing we hoped to expect was the robes - displayed in the pic, but we didn't have robes!

Great Location”

I liked the location. Easy 2min walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT which can take you to main shopping centres like Takashimaya within 10mins. I didn't like that this hotel's tv kept on losing reception and blacking out! However the TV is the largest you will get in this class of hotel!
