Best stay in my whole Japan trip”
This is the place to stay in Kawaguchiko. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Giving all the recommendations about where to eat complete with the map. He also helped us doing our free laundry on their 2 washing/drying machines. After 4 hours washing and drying, all clothes were clean and dried well. He even printed our 2 pages bus reservation for free. We saw the magnificent Fujiyama from the road in front of Jinya before 8 am in the morning. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Separated shower and toilet. All was very very modern and clean. They provided complimentary bottled water, towel, toothbrush, eat-ware, green tea and coffee in small packages. Convenient store was very close. Short walk from Kawaguchiko station (around 7 minutes) and you can find the famous Idaten Tempura on the way to Jinya. About 15 minutes easy walk to Lake Kawaguchi and Kachi-kachi Ropeway. I will certainly be back to Jinya if I visit Kawaguchiko in the future.

This hotel was lovely. The room was simple, nicely decorated, inviting and spacious, and I felt well-looked after and at-ease. I slept well in the comfortable bed, and it was nice to have a table and two couches. I couldn't see Fuji from my window, but the balcony opened to a view of the street and that was good enough for me. When you step outside of the hotel, Fuji is right there. The location was also great - a very short drive to the lake. Service was very kind, as well. Thank you!

The location is quite good, you can see Mt. Fuji outside the hotel. And it only takes 5-7 min walk to the Kawaguchiko station, and 3 min walk to the convenience store. The room is clean, and there is a small kitchen with a microwave, which is very convenient for making breakfast. The staff is friendly with good English speaking. We had a wonderful stay at Jinya Hotel, and we also highly recommend it!

Highly recommend accomodation at Mount Fuji”
Highly recommend JINYA FUJIKAWAGUCHIKO. The location is just at kawaguchiko station, walking distance to the supermarkert (15 to 20 minutes), family mart (few minutes), kawaguchiko station (8 to 10 minutes), restaurant. Facilities of the hotel is awesome, key-less system. Entered pin number given by the hotel staff. Entrance from the hotel and room, all is key-less. Staff are friendly and even raining they will give you free umbrella to bring back. Provide guides for you in Kawaguchiko area. Comfortable environment and cosy. Thanks Jinya Fujikawaguchiko for such an awesome accomodation for us.

Spacious, clean, well maintained, peaceful and quiet in a residential area. Restaurant nearby. Able to walk to train station where all the sight seeing buses are. Helpful staff who spoke good english. Good maps in the room provided.

Nice small hotel”
Location ia near kawaguchiko station, about 5 - 10 minute walk. The hotel is clean. Our room was facing mount fuji which is so beautiful. The staff help us to carry our luggage when we check in and check out. We stayed at the 6 bed room. There's sink and small dining table at the corner of the room. Definitely recommend this hotel to others who wants to stay at budget hotel near kawaguchiko station.

Love the stay here. While it’s a little small for 5 people, appreciate the heater in the toilet. The dryer in the toilet was amazing too. There’s also a washing machine outside with dryer. 15-20mins walk from the station with luggage. Friendly staff.

Cute hotel”
The hotel is located two blocks from the train/bus station. Although it’s nearby, note that the streets in Kawaguchiko and the pedestrian walk were narrow. It was hard to lug around big luggages. The hotel was very chic and spacious. It had a separate bath and toilet which was convenient if you are staying with several people in the room. There’s a microwave oven in the room as well as mini ref. There aren’t a lot of dining options around the area but there are convenience stores like Lawson. The hotel staff was very helpful. He printed us instructions on how to get to fujiten. He even kept our bags while in the snow park. You get a good view of mt fuji outside the hotel too.
