We stayed at Hotel Sea Princess and had room on 3rd floor not facing the sea. The room was of reasonable size n had all facilities. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful from the bell boys to the room cleaning staff. Room cleaner Manoj was excellent n prepared to help at all times and whenever we called he came with a smile on his face. The food at the breakfast was excellent and chef was willing to help at all times. Variety of breakfast was good both English n Indian food. The reception staff were helpful. However we were a bit disappointed with the hotel as it did not provide internet as standard like many other hotels where we had stayed before. The airport drop off was also good. Hotel location is very good n Juhu beach just behind the hotel n you can walk on to the beach from your hotel. The hotel bar was also very good n prices were reasonable. Swimming pool was good and staff serving at the poolside were very good. We really liked staying at the hotel.

I had a gala time n experience of a lifetime during my stay at Sun n Sand Juhu. The staff was courteous n helpful. Room cleaning staff provided excellent service I must add. The restaurants provided good service n delicious food. IThe location was ideal....by Juhu beach. Really liked the private gate to the beach. I wish the hotel would make an effort to keep the beach area around their gate clean or debris free. But the greatest highlight for a Bollywood buff like me was the encounter with various top Bollywood celebrities.... Namely John Abraham!!!! Since we stayed for 10 days, the staff began to know us and give us special attention n information as to which Bollywood star happened to be there. The poolside didn't look attractive during the day, but at night the courtyard transformed due to lighting, into a magical place. We enjoyed dining by the poolside restaurant at night. The atmosphere was serene. Monsoon rain added to the ambience. Only one negative aspect, the hotel did not provide free Wifi. Overall I loved staying here and am looking forward to making Sun N Sand my annual holiday destination !!!

my friend and i stayed here for 6 nites and we had a wonderful time. the room was comfortable and clean. small bathroom but this did not bother us. the staff were exceptional, free breakfast tasty with mostly indian selections. we enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere at barista which is the small coffee shop attached to the hotel. the location couldn't have been better. a short rickshaw ride to juhu beach. shopping on the busy street. we got an outstanding rate through agoda and the hotel offered a free airport transfer. wi fi is free in business center but is charged in the rooms. we will definitely stay here again and this will be our first choice for hotel accommodations when visiting mumbai next time.

This ex-Holiday Inn has been refurbished two years back and there still seem to be some renovations going on. Novotel is a well-located option on Juhu Beach for people who don't want to stay at an airport hotel where there are lots of building sites next to the Int'l Airport at present. Our standard room was nicely refurbished with a glimpse of the sea and everything worked well in the room and in the hotel in general. Breakfast is good and varied, service good to excellent at all stations and the pool area pleasant. The only problem was the carpet in our room (439) - it hasn't been properly vacuumed for a long time and. Moreover, the pool area should be cleaned regularly. Otherwise, Novotel is a fine option on Juhu Beach before catching a flight back home.

I took a chance by stepping out of the usual list of brand-name hotels, and to be honest, I was not expecting much. I've never been so happy to be so wrong! The facilities, security, and the rooms were easily on par with any 4 star, the rooftop pool was sparkling clean, and whereas the room service was a little slow and overpriced, I don't really have a genuine complaint.

The hotel is well located with short walking distance to Juhu beach. Very well welcomed by Ms. Rachelle with a wide smile on her face & very professional behavior during both checkin & checkout process. The hotel also accommodates an average gym & pool which is not normally available in other hotels within high rates areas of Mumbai. This hotel has one of best rated night spot R-adda club on the top floor but unfortunately the inhouse guests don't have any concession but need to suffer the noise from it if rooms somewhere around.

I stayed at Mariott with my mum for three nights from 10 to 13 December 2015. I absolutely loved this hotel resort, the staff at check in was amazing, highly professional and accommodating. The level of service at this resort is extraordinary, and does not compare at all to any five star resorts ive stayed at in Australia. I would highly recommend this place as its in close proximity to Bandra, shops and right on Juhu Beach. The bedroom,and bathroom is newly renovated and was perfect. Thank you Mariott for a wonderful stay. I hope to return back some day. Totally worth it.

Hotel is right on Juhu Beach. Patio resturant overlooks the beach and is great for watching the sun set. Food and service is quite good, room service prompt. Room was clean and comfortable with refrigerator, kettle, safe, great tv with hundreds of channels. Rooms are not soundproof and there was construction going on during the day though didn't start too early or go too late. About 1/2 hour to the airport in hotels free shuttle, make sure to book day before. Would stay again.

The service is excellent and the staff are always friendly. My room was clean and I was impressed by its spaciousness. The location is also good, as the beach is round the corner and there are convenience stores, cafés, restaurants and a market on the same road. The distance from Colaba is roughly 25km in a taxi, which can take around two hours if the traffic is particularly bad. Nevertheless, this should cost no more than £4. The airport transfer service also worked perfectly. The only negative point was caused by the noise coming from the road works outside, which would start in the morning and last all day.

we were allowed to check-in much earlier (9 am). the staff are super friendly. they attend to our request almost immediately. this hotel is situated near the juhu beach, less than 1 minute, and it is only 5 minutes drive away from the "lingring road" which is mean for shopaholics (and costs only 40 rupees). the autorickshaw arounds there normally charge according to meter (unlike those in the city of mumbai who will charge you an exorbitant amount). domino's is just around the corner (for those who get fed-up of curry after a few days stay). they have decent restaurant nearby as well. the room was clean and well-decorated. you feel like you are in a 4 star hotel, and it is very quiet due to low density. it is like a garden in the hustle bustle of the city. once you step out from the hotel you feel the crowd, but when you are in the hotel, you can enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding. note: it is far away from the gateway of india. this place is suitable for those who wants to explore kenheri cave or some other place which is further away from the city of mumbai. is an excellent stay. this hotel is near the airport too (less than 20 minutes even when thee is traffic jam).
