It's a nice new hotel near the airports near”
It is a little far away from anything but it is a nice modern hotel the water in the pool tends to be a bit cold because it is covered by buildings and does not get enough sunlight ..it is however good value for what you get in Mumbai and the fact that it's a nice modern hotel

Impressive ”
Impressive hotel, day or night same amount of staff, all as helpful as each other, delicious food, very nice facilities (spa pool sauna gym ect) breakfast had a huge buffet and was exceptionally good. It felt like it was brunch when its just normal breakfast. Highly highly recommended ! It is only 2min drive from airport, but you must take a car to go, do not try to walk as it's very dangerous.

Great hotel! I mean, it isnt cheap, but the room was very comfortable and the food at breakfast was excellent. I was only here for less than 24 hours, but I would highly recommend it!

Terrible check-in experience, as it was early in the morning, and i was forced to wait for nearly 2 and half hrs, just because the front office manager wasn't familiar with my visa. It was 2:00 am, an”

Never met expectations of JW Marriot”
During check-in at about 4 am after a long flight, the front office team informed me that I do NOT have a visa so they cannot check us in. I tried to explain that for Maldivians, we do not need a visa to travel to India unless for specific medical travels. Also informed that I just came in from an international flight and showed the immigration stamp that they have put while politely informing that this is not my first time in India as he can see from my passport. He informed that Marriot they need visa to check-in and i informed that this is not my first time staying in a Marriot hotel in India as well. As they would not let me check-in i also had to get online and show these regulations from the Indian Embassy website as well. After more than 1 hour in the morning, atlast I was able to check-in. It took another hour for luggage to arrive & when replinishing minibar the next day, there was a half drunk water bottle, coke bottle with cap open & half eaten chips pack put in my room.

We love the hotel but not everyone has the same taste in music so whatever it is it should be soft. The music they play makes you feel stressed...they should at least turn it down.

Disappointing”
We stayed for a night as a staycation package. Was hugely disappointed with staff service, dinner spread was not what I expected from the Marriott group. We were made to wait for 15 mins before we got a table ...even though we have an executive suite room with lounge access. The dinner plates were dirty and the quality was hopeless. The room was not clean either...with coffee marks on the table left uncleaned from the previous visitors. I am surely not going back.
