The staff very helpful”

I make a wrong booking. It was supposed to be double bed room for couple. when I arrived at the counter only I realised it is single room. Immediately the helpful staff assign me to another K hotel for double bed room

Value for money”

We liked the room, better than the previous hotel we booked which cost more and very small. Even though toilet is quite small for this hotel, it is equipped with heater and body soap and toothbrushes. Though we were given 2 single beds, we were able to combine them so it’s more spacious. Overall we like our stay in this hotel. Bus stops are near and eating place are everywhere. Will book this hotel again in future!

Location”

the location is good. If you wanna hang around Geylang area, this hostel is the middle of this area. There is a bus stop nearby. walking to MRT takes 10mins. However, I was disappointed hotel. The bathroom is covered with mold. Toilet doesn't flush. The hotel staff told me to fix this next day but it never happened.

The night manager was accommodating and helpful. The price is relatively cheap. Room is clean enough and location was great too.

The photos from the advertisement are very misleading. I booked for a single bedroom since it looked comfy and nice in the photos but when it got there, it was a total story. The hallway of the room is as big as an average mans width. I couldnt even open my suitcase fully because it wont fit it the hallway. The Restroom is very small as well. Its very uncomfortable to take a bath since theres no space to move because of the toilet seat and the sink. The interior of the hotel looks very old like those of the slashers film but the exterior looks ok and new. Just look for more options first because there are a lot more better looking hotels in singapore. If youd want a comfortable place to stay the night, please dont be aftaid to spend some money for a good accommodation since it is for the sake of your rest.

Not bad but for same price you can book much better hotel in much better location ( 80 SGD is not worthed)

Toilet door so dirtly. Aircon cannot control temperature. Basically this is just what you need to stay for the night. Hotel is value for money.

I stayed ony one night fortunately, they are building the next door, like just starting and it's really noisy. I also got the smallest room ever, but I saw the room for two people are much bigger, clean enough, with own bathroom but old building, AC couldn't change the temperature, but I guess was good price for Singapore I paid 28 US for one night. However If I knew about the work site next door I wouldn't book!

Enough space to squeeze a single mattress in, plus a shelf with tv, no space for chair n table ( to use laptop ). Wd not recomm this single room unless u r really tight on budget or just need a bed to sleep in.

I stayed for one night and luckily only one night. The ac has mold in it and the room is very humid. Bed sheets, pillow, floor everything is very dirty and smelly. I will never go there and never recommend anyone the ever. Very bad hotel management.

Single room was terrible! It is only suits small size person. Bathroom also small. Not much space to turn around when bathing. The worst single room i ever stayed. i I will give zero star for the room.

very claustrophobic single room, no room for a chair, no table top to place a laptop. unpleasant policies & staff, asked to pay $ 10 to chck in just one hour earlier than 2pm, & pay again to chck out an hour late .

No standard and tv spoilt. Check in late and staff cant commit for late check out. Aircon leak and toilet n room have really a bad smell. Change us to other room also the same and bedsheet also dirty. We sleep with aircon leak and old staff keep on knocking on the door for check out. Sound indeed very impolite too. Very bad experience. Have to pay extra $19 extra coz they says if we check in late it our problem. Charges applied. Non standard attitude.

I spent 3 night at hotel and feel disappointing for this place. they are many things to be claimed for the services: 1. I spent 3 nights but they have no room cleaning, they let the room dirty with full waste bin and no replacement. 2. They did not change the towel, I use the same one for 3 night stay 3. I only got 1 bottle of drinking water only, they do not supply more for those days after 4. Facilities were too old. I claimed and they change the remote for air conditioner. For the TV, I cannot use because they did not supply remote control. 5. The room was extremely small that I cannot image Although the staff sometimes were very helpful, I cannot agree that this was a good place.

- check in time 03.00pm. we arrive at 4.30 pm but need to wait until 6.45pm. owner said room not ready yet. spoilt. - room very dirty and bad odour - room space very small - have no proper bed sheet. only cover with thin white sheet - customer service are not friendly. even did not say sorry for their mistake.
