Friendly and helpfull staff but they speak very little english here.

They changed us to another hotel of same group which only provide rooms with shared bathroom. We weren't notified with that until we arrived to the hotel (which are closed). We need to call them to ask for what's happening. Despite the staff are nice, I am slightly disappointed with the arrangement.
