Big rooms for Japan that were clean and had lots of chairs. Located about 5 minutes from Tiger beach (which is a public beach) which was beautiful and fine for swimming in December ( if you’re Northern European anyway). Breakfast buffet was great, western and Japanese choices. Some days they had sets instead which were ok (I think they do a buffet when the hotel is busy, and sets when it’s quiet). Lots of good restaurants within 10mins walk, plus 2 convenience stores within 2 minutes walk.

A distinctive old hotel”
Although many facilities were looking old, most of them could fulfill customer's need. Personal tools and hairdryer could be found in-room. There were swimming pool, gym room and car parking free for customers. The restaurant is located in high floor with perfect seaview and tasty food in breakfast. The location of the hotel is great. You will easy to reach any sights in Onna and Nago and especially good for travellers with car. Unless you were hurry to the airport in the morning, you are always encouraged to book this hotel. Otherwise, you are suggested to live in Naha rather than Onna. The only disappointed was the dirty carpet. There were several stains but I don't think It could be solve shortly.

Change of plans ”
I booked this place for myself and wife. Plans changed as we had to leave island for emergency. I was able to give this room to a friend and her family as the great staff worked it all out. My friend and family had a great time. Thank you to all the staff!!!!!

Furnitures are quite old”
I was shocked at first when I enter the room as the furnitures really looked quite old. But the room is very spacious and clean. We slept well in the end! They also offer cheaper entrance tickets to various attractions! But during my stay, the aquarium was closed so I didn’t manage to buy cheaper tickets with the hotel.

Old and lack facilities”
Location is great but I was really looking forward to using their swimming pool but it seemed like it had been left dry for a long time. Staff was not very friendly. Huge room fit for a big family.

Near Moon Beach & restaurants”
Near Moon Beach & a short walk from Tiger Beach. Ocean view & large balcony. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Tried the izakaya one evening but wouldn't recommend - not much atmosphere nor range of options; should have gone for the dinner buffet in the next room. Large, comfortable room.

Clean & tidy room but the room is a bit smelly”
Large room with a mini kitchen, but the room is a bit old & smelly, only give us the lowest floor when the hotel is not so many people. The breakfast have large variety of food!

Halloween night for the family ”
The photos from the Agoda page looked great; it appeared that the hotel was a family friendly place with tatami mat for children to play at and a Swimming pool for more family fun. We arrived and the reception area looked normal enough. After exiting the lift, a run down facade greeted us. Opening the room door, a strong waft of mustiness overwhelmed us. Without closer inspection, we could see that layers of dust had accumulated at the a/c unit. There was also a smell from the toilet. The room had two twin beds and just enough space for a coffee table and armchair. It was a surprise as we indicated for a large bed or baby cot in the notes and did not receive any email from the hotel on whether the request was possible. The hotel informed that all rooms had only twin beds and as it was fully booked, any other upgrades was not possible. As we had already made payment, we thought to make do with the beds. We left the hotel for nearby attractions, until the rain in the evening left us retreating to the hotel after dinner. We switched all the room lights on. The light switch, over the kitchenette was a drawstring type and it had mold on it. We sat on the beds and then the room lamp flickered. We shuddered and our baby started to cry. As it was a green view room, there was no tatami mat or space for him to play within the room. That night, we switched off all the lights but one light continued to switch on and off as and when. We left the place immediately once the sun came up. Lessons learnt- research even more thoroughly with other reviews (Eg Google), don’t rely only on the photos and double check with the hotel on the room type or requests before confirmation of booking. I don’t recommend this place for young children. We’re really not fans of horror nights.
