Nice hotel - Highly Recommended”
Superb place with nice scenery. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We especially love the hot spring and room space and comfort. Cost is pricey but definitely worth the experience. Highly recommended!

Nice open air bath ”
The Buffet breakfast is worth even though the menu is less. Cleaned room. It a rare open air bath coz you will ride a cable car for about 2 minutes. There is mist sauna also. Over all it’s good. Super nice ambiance in the dining area in the restaurant

Breath-taking view of Mount Asama but best to have a car”
This golf-focused hotel with one of the most amazing views you will get anywhere in this world. You'll see Mount Asama with its heart shape natural carving towards the top of the mountain. All rooms face this side with mountain view, overlooking a gorgeous golf course and several km of woodland. Autumn with the red leaves is amazing! The room itself is roomy for Japan standards, twin room with a separate hallway and bathroom. Even though the hotel was refurbished in 2016, it's still got that 80s feel, particularly the bathroom and hallway sink. But this hotel isn't geared towards high end luxuries - it's geared towards the avid golfer who wants to have a wonderful view early in the morning and when they're back from a couple of rounds during the day. Negatives: taxi rides are Yen 27k-30k to Karuizawa (for a 15 minute ride, c. US$26/GBP20), a free shuttle bus only runs from 9am with about 4 trips, last bus around 5:20pm. Not much food options at the hotel. Best to have a car/rent.

掃除が行き届いていない”
掃除が行き届いておらず、前泊者の使用したカップがなぜかトイレにあった。お風呂場に髪の毛が残っていた。 前泊者？の忘れ物が残っていた。 2泊したので、1泊目にそのことを伝え、謝罪の手紙がおいてあったが、改善はされていなかった。 お盆で金額も高いうえ、これではがっかりです。

位於一個golf 場旁邊，房間有露台可以望到golf場的草地和遠方的山景，空間寬敞，附近環境清幽。酒店有一定歷史，陳設裝修偏古典，不過十分整潔，職員有禮。男女温泉各有一個頗大的室內及半露天溫泉。適合自駕遊。

晚上到達，只有零下4度，服務員仍推車出門口接待我們並送行李上房，溫泉夠特別要坐覽車上，房間大得很，且乾淨，並有大露台，揸車只須10mins 可到outlet, 裡面的食市水準很高，是'血並'的最佳地，地鐵就在旁，15mins到巿区,下次會再住
