The staff is very friendly. They offer scheduled shuttle bus service that drops you off in the morning at kawaguchiko station or fuji q-highland but this needs to be booked. And between 3pm to 6pm - they offer pick up at kawaguchiko station (the tourist information centre can call the hotel for you). They have a restaurant onsite which can be quite convenient. Our stay was comfortable.

Old Hotel but PERFECT !”
I love this hotel, it's located near the Kawaguchiko Station, and it supported pick-up from Kawaguchiko Station to The Hotel (only available at 15.00-17.00). It also supported Shuttle from Hotel to Kawaguchiko Station in the morning. The room i had was very spacious There were restaurants near the hotel, and the one that i loved so much was FUJI TEMPURA RESTAURANT, try it ! There were also Lawson and Seven Eleven near Hotel Recommended !

Exceptional”
The room was very spacious with lots of storage, two desk areas and a full height table which made eating in the room very easy. We appreciated the coin laundry facilities and the microwave in the corridor. Even though we were only on the 2nd floor, we could see Mt Fuji from the balcony (to the side and some trees in the way) which was a bonus, as well as a great view from the 4th floor corridor window! The station is about a 10 minute walk away and was ok with luggage, and convenience stores are within a block. Although an older-style property, the room was clean, excellent value and we had a very comfortable stay.

Nice place before and after hiking Mt Fuji”
This hotel had all the basic comfortable accommodations, tons of luggage and storage space, and friendly staff. We had decided to book two nights at this hotel prior to and after hiking Mt Fuji. The staff was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at hotel the night we stayed at our mountain hut. While the hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from the bus station, they do have a reliable shuttle service that you can reserve with the hotel beforehand. We also used their coin laundry (washer was 200 yen and dryer was 100 yen), which was helpful right after hiking Fuji. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay near Mt Fuji”
Excellent stay with the hotel (though it looks old but amenities were adequate and well maintained). Room size was huge for Japan standard, with plenty of room to walk around after opening my two luggages. Breakfast was sufficient, western style. Beautiful view of Mt Fuji just outside the hotel.

awesome hotel! just a few steps literally away from Mt fUJI! If you want to see Mt. Fuji, book this hotel and you will never be disappointed. Free shuttle to and from Kawaguchiko Station also so very convenient if you are travelling with many luggages ^^

Good Hotel with good service or rather excellent service. Room is big - satisfied ... good location with Mt Fuji view outside the Hotel. Highly recommend to those travelling to Kawaguchiko. You can go to the information counter at the bus station to ask them to assist to call the hotel for a pick-up.

Saw a hotel, Kawaguchigo”
About 15 minutes walk from the bus/train station. If you call between 3-6pm from the tourist info centre, they will send a car to pick you up. The also offer free shuttle to the statio between 8-10 in the mornings.

Nice location, can see Mt.Fuji on the hotel main entrance, very near Mt.Fuji, super nice view. Friendly staff and sweet. This is my honeymoon trip, and they made a wishes card for me, so so sweet.

The room was large for us, 2 people. From the hotel you can see the majestic Mt. Fuji! They also have coffee machine that you can take for free during the day time. A little bit far from the train station by walking.

Value for money accommodation with all the basics, including breakfast, right. Spacious room by Japanese standard. flexible & accomodating staff. Slight disadvantage is that it is about 1km from the station and the lake. Plus: limited shuttle service provided by hotel to/from station.

Clean with good facilities in the room”
In front of the hotel, you will see Mt. Fuji -- stunning view. The room is clean with useful equipment like kettle, hair-dryer. Wifi did not work with a laptop but I did not try it with my cellphone. Staff is polite and helpful.
