Great location and staff”
The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet are delicious! The customer service is top notch and the staff are more than accommodating and friendly. I had some issues at the beginning of my stay and the manager made sure to address every one and even provided a humidifier for my room. The view from the rooms are gorgeous, they gave me a huge discount on the parking and the room service and massage was excellent. It's a bit expensive to order room service and honestly, going to the actual restaurant was better. If you want to save money there are plenty of combini shops and the food court next to the hotel had a variety of delicious options. The best part would have to be the staff, I was able to print and mail multiple documents and even if my Japanese was limited, their English was excellent and they have fluent speakers. I highly recommend this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Excellent Location”
Right next to Kawasaki station. Healthy breakfast. The only downside is that the airconditioning during winter cant be adjusted below 18 degrees. It can be hot inside the room. The staff provided us an electric fan. Excellent customer service.

I had a relaxing stay at this hotel for 5days. It was peaceful at night. Location is perfect 3mins walk to Kawasaki station. Near restaurants and shopping malls. Stiff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back here nxt time I go to Japan. Thank you so much!

Conveniently located within 3 minutes walk of the Kawasaki station made this Hotel attractive. The Staff were excellent in assisting us with difficult Bookings and in advising on how to get around the Restaurants etc in the immediate area. The rooms were clean & comfortable. A nice experience.

Perfect location to visit Yokohama and Tokyo areas”
we stayed at kawasaki nikko hotel for the first time. it was a very nice hotel. the service was good, and the room was nicely appointed. a bit small, but relatively generous for a hotel in this price range for japan. the kawasaki jr station area is wonderful. the atre and lazona shopping complexes at the stations are unbelievable. transit to both tokyo and yokohama areas was very easy. only down side is that the narita airport limousine bus does not go to kawasaki. the best way is to either take the jr narita express train to shinagawa then take a local train to kawasaki (just one stop), or to take the airport limousine bus to yokohama city air terminal then take a jr train to kawasaki. both of these area perfectly doable, however.

The Nikko is a perfect business hotel. Located in downtown so easily accessible to other local amenities. Especially it is right next to the Kawasaki station. Rooms are very clean and staffs are so gentle.

Convenient location for both biz and non-biz trip”
Connected to Kawasaki station, very good access to go Tokyo-Yokohama, and Haneda airport. It's also great location for shopping. Staff was very friendly and flexible, they helped a lot to respond our requests for changing rooms and arranging package-delivery services.

Excellent”
Near to JR Kawasaki; 10 mins walk to Keiyu-Kawasaki Station via underground (B1 level) if you want to skip the traffic light and avoid bumpy road especially with heavy luggage. That station will bring you to Haneda Airport with another 15 mins. Large scale of shopping mall is nearby with uncountable restaurant/pharmacy/Family-mart. Starbucks is just downstairs. Location is fantastic. I brought my wife and kids (3 yrs) along and generally the bed size is just OK for 3 of us. I accidentally booked the smoking room and requested to change the room to non-smoking but couldn't get it due to no more room available. Fortunately the room isn't any bad smelling.

Great location but needs some improvements”
This hotel is part of the JAL family chain. It could not be more convenient to Kawasaki train station. It is 5 minutes walk from the symphony and also 5 to some trendy restaurants and shopping. Lavonia, a large shopping center is easily accessible at the station, also 5 minutes away.The rooms were a little small and not as clean as our last stay(2 years ago). We did not like the fact that the only free television was CNN, mostly in Japanese. For a quick breakfast, try the "Wholesome" coffee shop which has reasonably priced treats(rolls, sweet donuts, meat rolls, drinks, etc.) The coffee is very good. Not a bad place for the price.

Good services hotel,from front desk and servants,with business assistances, conveninet in Kawasaki areas,closed to Kawasaki JR station,for all destinations to go,and many shopping areas,department stores in the vicinity,with many restaurants just cross the street inside the Dori lanes,many entertainments located! has not shuttle bus to reach airports: for both Narita and Haneda airports,there were no any shuttle bus to reach,need to transfer by taxi and then to limousine bus stations,waste too long time for meet the airlines schedule!

Good locations and convenient shopping areas”
Very convenient locations - nearby the JR station and the bus station,main shopping areas and all station and underground shoppinga areas, also close to many restaurants areas of Kawasaki city, the twin room size was a little bit small, just for two persons only! compare with it's price! good outside views from the window! but the window was quite narrow size! some inconveneint to link with airport limousine buse!

Excellent customer service ”
Location is superb and staffs are excellent, even going the extra mile to assist us in calling a bigger size taxi to send us to the airport (which you normally need to book 1 day in advance). We initially planned to take the train to the airport but when the staffs saw we had 4 luggages and 2 bags to carry (for 2 people) they suggested us to take the taxis but we would need 2 normal taxis as 1 would not fit all our bags. When we asked for a bigger one, we have been informed that advance booking is required but the front desk lady didn’t hesitate to help us to call & check and managed to get a mini van taxi for us . Excellent customer service!! My only complaint about this hotel is that you are not allowed to wear the hotel room slipper to the restaurant for breakfast and there are only 2 charging station to charge your devices. Air-conditioning unit will sometimes switch off though this could be due to the weather (not too sure as we didn’t bother calling the front desk).
