The owner is really nice and tries to help all guests. There is a bus stop right in front of the ryokan. It is a small property, so it is quite cosy.

Warm service with heart”

We stayed for one night only with 2 adults and 2 kids. The man serving us is the receptionist, waiter at restaurant and also preparing bed for our room. He is senior but still working very hard with his heart and also with very good manner and politeness. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast there. Spa is small but good enough as there are only 6 rooms in this hotel. Overall experience is very good and really enjoyed. Appreciate for the host's service as well, professional.

First of all, the manager of the Ryokan is most warm and genuinely person. He is a very great host and able to speak English. There is one bus stop (Station name: Kiga Onsen) right outside the hotel. So, once u reach Hakone Yumoto station, walk to the bus station, show to the Bus staff, they will tell you which bus. And there is a screen to show station name in english, once the screen show the station name, press the bell button in the bus. The room is not new, but its well maintained. The tatami bed is so comfortable, silky smooth bedsheet cover. And you can hear river sound, best place to medidate. There is no bathroom in room, so you need to go Spa Room for shower. The onsen is nice, with forest view. And it is a natural onsen with minerals and can reduce high blood pressure.

酒店门口就有车站，平时应该很方便，可是我入住这天恰逢台风，走的时候管家爷爷热心帮我查询在行交通，食物非常棒，由于酒店房间少，二楼的温泉基本就是私汤，值得一住！

管家老爷爷真的超级nice超级可爱，会用很多拟声词和表情肢体动作丰富他的表达，哈哈～晚餐和早餐真的是一级棒了，又丰盛，又漂亮，又好吃～温泉的话不是很大，有一个大一点的汤一个小一点，男女会交换早晚的时间使用。因为我入住时候，房间入住不多，也算私汤了～和式体验真的棒，超级推荐来体验哦～

在这里感受了非常淳朴的日式旅馆和敬业的服务。爷爷管家一百个赞，位置很好找，到了小田原坐T线登山巴士，半小时左右到木贺温泉站，爬个坡有个200米就到了旅馆门口，到旅馆那天下着大雨，管家爷爷穿着拖鞋就到车站帮搬行李，进了屋马上递了热茶和毛巾，非常贴心。三层的民居有约5间和房（日式），1间洋房（带床），非常安静，房间没有洗浴，洗浴统一在二楼，二楼男女各一间共用泡汤。虽说共用，但因为人少，每次去只有我自己，旁边有台电动按摩仪，泡完按一下还是很苏服的。特别值得称赞是他们家的餐，很精致很纯正的日式料理，性价比超高。总是很推荐很满意，下次会再去。

整个住宿，不论服务，饮食及环境都是难忘的体验。只是地点较为偏远，建议路线 (1)坐箱根登山电车到宫之下站，然后转公交两站到木贺温泉入口站下(2)或者有体力，可以宫之下站下车后，约步行十五分钟即可到(可利用google导航指引)
