Breakfast buffet was small but very tasty. Dinner at Zing! was superb. Reception desk staff were very helpful. There are other restaurants and shopping outside the restaurant, but we felt no need to go out. This hotel is a great value for the price, and perhaps the best choice for a short stay in Vellore area.

Good clean hotels with smiling staffs. Liked the room amenities. Morning newspaper was great. Breakfast was good. In Hotel Restaurants serve diverse veg (ground floor) and non veg (top floor) menus, which are plenty, tasty and appropriately priced. Staffs were well behaved and professional. Shall book again when return to Vellore.

It is a pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about. They had a good hotel restaurant and the buffet was nice. But I wonder why the staff at the buffet were very scared to talk. If you will like to improve, please ensure a rug is provided for every bathroom door and the lobby has good air-conditioning for a place like Vellore.

Khanna hotel has retained the reputation and stands good for it. The food is a good spread of continental and local delights. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were good. I would say its slightly overpriced but once you enjoy their hospitality you feel like your money has find its worth. Overall a good place to stay and definitely recommended.

We booked the hotel for 1 night in the month of December' 2019. The hotel is at good location. It has ample parking space. Food is good. There is restaurant "Khanna Veg Restaurant" nearby which serves delicious food. The reason of giving average rating is - we booked room with extra bed. The room was spacious and clean and extra bed was set before our arrival. But to our surprise, hotel does not provide extra blanket. As per them they dont have extra blanket, they could only provide extra sheet. Somehow we managed with extra sheets, but such service is not at all expected when hotel is charging money for extra bed.

We stayed there for 1 day while travelling to Puducherry. Booked this because of higher positive review, but falls below expectation. Customer service is poor, starting from the beginning, entire parking place is full by the crowd of adjacent restaurants. Had to demand parking as a hotel guest, then they made a place, no courtesy to help us with luggage. Had to remind on extra bed even though our booking clearly mentioned about it and hotel already charged. Small rooms than what photos shows. Location around not good to find restaurants, rather all around commercial/jewelry shops. People around hardly wearing masks. Only better thing we experienced is their restaurant food taste - it was good. Given an option, will skip this and better choose Fortune Palace, which we did on our way back to Vellore.

The staff at Khanna are pathetic. ”
A whole room went unused. My guests arrived at 6. So, plan was to accommodate them in a different room till 12:30 on a half day tarrif. Khanna staff agreed to it. But, they charged the whole day tarrif for that room and did not inform to move into the different room at 12:30(the one that I booked using agoda. As a result, whole room went unused when I had actually paid for it.

Hotel stuff are excellent and 24 hours available. All the facilities and equipment are well maintained . House keeping is really appreciable. Found all stuff work with great smile. This is 2nd time I use and will also use in upcoming days.

Staff, especially Mr. V. Vikram, was very helpful and friendly. Rooms on the first floor are a bit noisy, so choose 2nd floor or above. The suite I stayed in on 1 floor was very noisy outside window, don't stay in this suite or floor.
