Really good property, with a home from home feeling. Everything needed to make a great holiday is available in this property with a stunning location and excellent beach access. Great host that understands what’s required to make a fantastic break even better

A gym would be a good idea and a nice addition

Location of the pool looking over the beach. The large apartment nice furniture, great views, Comflortable beds. Large balcony. Location of the apartment facing north, the ocean, the mountains. Nice to have table and chairs on the balcony for morning breakfast, lunch. Owner very helpful.

A couple of tea towels in the kitchen would be nice. The cupboard under the sink had a musty smell (I just kept it closed when we were there) Larger garbage bags for the trash can. We managed though, not a big deal.

There was security in the garage area which is where the elevators are located over night which while this is a remote and sleepy village was a nice touch.

L'emplacement

Nous allons fréquemment à Khanom et avons l'habitude de loger dans l'immeuble "Khanom Beach Condo". Il était complet pour les dates que je voulais réserver. Vous nous avez proposé un appartement dans l'immeuble à l'arrière du Beach Condo faisant parti du même groupe de logements. Cet appartement pris après la fin du confinement était sale, vraiment sale. Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain de la chambre principale, une cuisine sous équipée, une bouilloire pas vidée depuis des lustres, des ampoules ne fonctionnant pas (salle de bain coin à manger et surtout couloir depuis l’ascenseur jusqu'à la porte de l'appartement), des chaises (terrasse et coin à manger) cassées, compresseurs des conditionneurs d'air excessivement bruyant ...

La vue, le calme, la piscine et l’accès à la plage. Très belle région à découvrir.

Khanom est une station balnéaire très calme, prévoir un moyen de transport personnel pour profiter pleinement des environs.

Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber.. Der Pool ist super und groß! Direkt am schönen Strand.

Man muss wissen, dass es sich um ein großes Appartement-Haus handelt, dass keinerlei Thailand-Atmosphäre hat. Der Wohnkomplex könnte auch in Deutschland stehen. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein mit Geschirr und Besteck. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine.

Het appartement is heel mooi gelegen vlak aan het strand en een super mooi zwembad, ruim en met veel speelgoed voorzien voor kinderen. Echter is er niemand die je kan helpen bij vragen want er is geen receptie (dus ook voor check-inn wat moeilijker). Je ziet enkel iemand van de security en poetspersoneel. Geen handdoeken extra voor aan het zwembad dus was even moeilijk om te bekomen pas na tweede dag. Ook geen handdoek in de keuken van het appartement. Voor zij die willen koken: niet echt goed uitgerust.
