First and last time in this hotel, Delays in check-in, poor service, retiree hotel...”
Not often that one experiences bad service in Japan. Arrived early (130pm) to an empty hotel and made payment. Was assigned a room and told by staff to collect keys at 3pm (official time) so went to town for lunch. Returned at 3pm to a lobby full of guests and a long queue, and finally to be told by the same staff that our room was not ready, whilst everyone else were getting keys. Told to return at 330pm. We returned at 345pm and was told again by same staff that room was still being cleaned. She did not offer any help and then promptly walked away to handle other guests, ignoring us. Left hanging, we approached another staff about our situation. She took initiative to make a call and confirmed our room was ready and we got our keys almost immediately. Needless to say, we weren't really in the mood to enjoy anything else in the hotel after that. First and last time ever in this hotel.

We arrived at 14:40, but they did not give us the key and said we need to quit until 15:00. The room is hugh and clean, 1 big bath indoor and one small onset outdoor which was good enough for that price. The dinner and breakfast is not worth.

値段の割に設備良し”
貸切風呂、卓球、カラオケ、古めのゲーセンなどあり楽しかったです。朝食バイキングに明太子やねぎとろがあったのも良かったです。車で行くのがおすすめ。大浴場があるのであまり使う機会はないかもしれませんが、部屋の浴槽はきれいではなかったのでその点だけ注意です。

まず良い点から 食事はビュッフェタイプでした チャーハンは卵を絡めるタイプのご飯粒がくっつかないパラパラタイプのチャーハンでした！ 後アルコール類が飲み放題なんですよね、飲み放題が料金に含まれてるのってあんまりないですよね。 おそらく薄利多売を目指されているのかと思います。 ホテルのすぐ横に鬼怒川が流れており、 窓を開けるととても爽やかでした。歩いて行ける距離に吊り橋がありそこは観光名所なのですが、朝でしたら人が少なく爽やかさ倍増なので、朝の散歩におすすめです。 デメリットは施設が古いこと。潔癖症な方にはお勧めしません。 あと薄利多売？なだけあってホテルスタッフの数は少なめです。チェックインの時にも、宿泊費用を先に家族が振り込んだはずだいや振り込まれていない、など揉めているお客さんがいてすごくチェックインに待たされてしまいました。ちなみにお客さんの方の勘違いだったようです。 全体的には、お得に旅行ができて大満足です！
