Great!”
I'm very happy with my short one night stay at Kiss at Sittwe. The staff working there were helpful, informative and kind. Will stay again if I ever transfer via Sittwe to Mrauk-U.

Basic place, but the best in town”
For the price, you can't beat KISS. Don't expect a piping hot shower or a super soft bed, but for the one night most of us spend in Sittwe, it's fine. Staff are always friendly and willing to lend a hand.

Cheap and Simple ”
The Kiss Guesthouse is a very simple guesthouse. Rooms are clean and with AC. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed just for a night and left early in the morning. For this it was perfect.

The hotel is located on the main road, it can be noisy in the morning but for one night's sleep there is no problem. It was cleaner than we expected for the price, and overall we were very satisfied.

It was the cheapest place we found but not worth the money at all. The staff was very nice but had wrong information about boat and bus leaving Sittwe. The wifi does not work at all. The location was nice 5 min walk to a great market. The room was pretty dirty, sheets were pretty grosse, bathroom not cleaned , mold on walls. Way to expensive for the cleanly ness

best budget option in Sittwe”
You can't do better for the price. Our room was comfortable enough and the staff were quite helpful and nice. It's located on the main road and just a couple of blocks from the riverfront.

Budget Guest House”
If you want to stay for just a few days, it would be no problem. I had a problem with toilet and it wasn't flush at all in the mid-night. So I called to the manager and he tried to help to solve the plumbing problem but smell was so terrible after fixed.

Lots of mosquitos. ”
The wall in my room was painted with mosquito blood 😭 so scary. There were lots of mosquito, we couldn't sleep. We booked the room for 2nights, but can only stay for 1night. Hotel stuff sent taxi to pick us up at the airport, but we didn't asked for pick up service, we intended to walk to the hotel. The taxi driver have a paper sign with my name on it, so i get in. When arrived at the hotel, the stuff asked me to pay 5,000k for taxi. It's not a bad price, but i've never asked for taxi. 😔

Disappointing”
The staff were the surliest possible, and only smiled as I was leaving when they had my money in their hand. No attempt to clean the room my second day. Inadequate bedding provided. However, the bed was comfortable, there was hot water, and it’s conveniently situated for both airport and boat to Mrauk U, as well as Central Market. And, having talked to others, I’m not sure there’s much choice here

Loud. Dirty ”
Super loud location. Room was filthy. Towels had dirt / dried blood / feces on them. Room had no hot water. Staff was super helpful and nice though. They called a friend to pick us up at the ferry which was actually just an inconvenience because we then had to walk an hour back to the ferry to to buy our return tickets lol- but the intention was good :) anyhow, the room was absolutely disgusting.

Unfriendly staff, beware of room 402, pigeons right above ceiling, constant smell of smoke like burnt stuff, bed sheets with stains and grosse blanket, toilet wasn‘t cleaned, mosquitos, no warm water, biting bugs, very noisy. Pros: air con, central, two water bottles free

In the first night, the toilet does not flush and it was pretty nasty. I called the staff and they tired to clean the mess. But smells still inside the room.”
