Lousy Hotel”
Please do not come to this hotel. The review is all true. The staff like an idiot and Rude like trashed. Can not have a proper manners and serve their customer. Their staff need to sit for kindergarten and learn their manners like the kid. Rude and arrogant. Especially their manager. I hope the manager got fired by their company. What kind of education you sitting and cannot do a business. Overall this hotel do not have any contact number to contact, management sucks and altitudes rude.

Awalnya risau sebab lagi sehari nak pergi idk how to contact the property. Yang jumpa cuma email add je..kita email 2 3 kali but no reply. Management sucks”
The bad reviews are still true to this day. The host never responds to any of your inquiries. You just arrive there clueless. And then they say there’s double booking. Another guest at the check-in counter was about to be charged for bringing her kids together. Ridiculous reasons. 11.30am there’s already 2 cleaners knocking on ur door asking you to leave. One time is enough, I wont come again.

Staff so rude and useless!! Deposit take too long to give back . Give cash money but they promise to bank in upon checkout.. calling about 3 times still not transfered back until night. We ask again, and again.. just foolish answer we got. "I didnt notice ur text" . After get our depo then our number get blocked.. worst staff ever..!!
