Ideal apartment to stay when in KL.”

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at KL Bangsar Suites EST and when we arrived we were surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. There was even a sofa bed and a single bed on the loft. The apartment is able to accommodate at least 6 to 7 adults. The place was clean and everything was neat and in order. We requested for the apartment on a high floor and the view was spectacular. The location of the suite is connected to an LRT station which is one station away from KL Sentral that proved a convenience for travel. Across the suite is Bangsar town where there are restaurants and cafes for food. The apartment is also very near to Mid Valley and you can get there easily by Grab. Security at the apartment was tight and the staff were helpful to meet our requests and even whatsapped before the day we arrived to check our check in which most lodgings do not practice. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We hope to return and stay in the same apartment again if we ever come to KL again.

Easy access to LRT Bangsar. Love it! Laundry & drying makes convenient in each suites. Lots of hanger as well. Quite disappointed I didn't get to play ping pong in game room cause no equipment. Mirrors are only available in bathroom. That sucks cause I have to wait for roommate to finish her shower to use. I wish there's a door hang sign for "please clean my room/don't disturb" cause my bin is full on 2nd day of stay 🙄 Parking is quite expensive for per day entry. Service is almost par excellence. I hope they'll go fully computerised system like other hotels instead of using classic bill paper for any payment. Security is good. Perhaps 2 packets of tea and a creamer is great to welcome guests to hotel room/suite.. Or a small plate of fruits. Swimming pool is amazing with the view. Definitely an instagram spot. Overall, it's a great place to stay for people who want quite-not-just-yet luxurious stay with min amount of money spend. But seriously love that mobility is so accessible!!

Mind blowing”

The studio condo was superb. It is loacated near the kL sentral which is the heart of every transportation in Kuala Lumpur. Only one station to go to the kL sentral and you can take the train just in front of the building. But the only things that concern me is the height of the building and the corridor has no safety measurement. If you bring your child please do take care of them as the fence is not too high

Spacious, clean rooms. Personal check-in & check-out directly from room. Staff is well versed with their product, welcoming & friendly, especially Omar & Kelvin. Nice infinity pool, gym and a basic recreation room with Fuzz ball. Convenient location as Bangsar LRT station and is just a stone’s throw away. You need to travel a few stations to KL Sentral, or Masjid India. Will definitely return to the establishment again

Great Experience”

As the comments varies alot, so I decided to book the place. Getting there is quite a pain when you drive because the road is one-way, and the building is attached to Alila Hotel. I stayed in the deluxe studio and it was quite spacious with a great city view. one review warned me that I needed to bring my own toothpaste and toothbrush. She was right! It was not provided, but other amenities are provided. I was not asked for 300 Ringgit deposit even though the staff has informed me, perhaps because I arrived way past midnight so the key was dropped into the mailbox. I only had to deposit 50 Ringgit for the access card at the reception and it was refundable during check out. Behind the building is the Little India area with lots of Indian diners. but if you walk across the river though the Bangsar Bridge, you could find a nice Nasi Kandar and some other Malay food options. There are also fruit shops and convenient store once you pass the Bangsar bridge into the LRT station.

One stop of the KL Sentral. There's a covered walkway to the hotel. Very secure. Guards are everywhere and you need a key card to get anywhere in the building. You can only get to places you should be going like a gorgeous pool or your floor. I let them know their washer made our clothes stink, which is my only real knock on the place. They fixed or TV right away, although we didn't spend a lot of time in it. Gorgeous view from the balcony. I was bummed about a cash deposit on arrival as their credit card machine was down. My kids loved the place, especially the pool and rooms.

spacious apartment. bigger than expected.location wise some may not like as there are no nearby convenience stores, but it is 1 stop away from kl sentral and easily accessible by grab. would definitely come back, maybe deposit can be lowered.

Establishment by Plush was good, but the Luxury Suites Asia make me so disappointed.”

Before this, i am a loyalty customer for the establishment / Alila Bangsar. I always gave full rates to them. But they make me so disappointed during my travel recently. Firstly, i booked for larger bed, soundproofing and tv box as stated in the booking selection. So i am willing to pay higher price for that loft compared to other kind of lift. But what they gave me is totally different from what i expected. I think this was the management problem with Luxury Suites Asia. The light were darks, the tv box cannot function, there were blood and stain on the bed and sofa, and there was no any soundproofing.

Excellent Location”

We stayed there for 7 nights. Here is my feedback: Pros: 1. Strategic Location, walk-able distance to Bangsar LRT 2. Very near to Little India 3. Fast Internet 4. All furniture's are from IKEA, quite new 5. Filtered water 6. Secured Hotel Cons: 1. We stayed in studio loft, the bedroom is located in the first floor, the steps to go up is very narrow and if you are 6 feet tall or above, you will hit the ceiling. 2. No daily room service , which i thought is a biggest disadvantage (note: this is actually written in the conditions, but we overlooked) 3. There is only 1 aircond, the chillness does not reach the bedroom 4. You dont talk with the building management, instead there are agents how managed few units. We asked the agent to give us two access cards and he ended up giving it 4 days later. You need access cards to enter the building, tap in the lift. So if you are more than 1 in a unit and travel separately, make sure you ask for access cards ASAP.

Very comfortable. Be sure to ask for wifi password. Approachable and friendly staf. Nearby to Bangsar LRT. If you get the chance, check out the sky bar and restaurant at Level 41 of the adjoining Alila Hotel next door. Take note that there is no room service for this apartment; be sure to bring your own toiletries and amenities.

The apartment are clean and neat. Apartment view are great~Check in are fast. Staff are friendly. The place got swimming pool & gym, also a bridge link to Bangsar Station. The building have carpark but need to pay for RM5/hrs. As the apartment don't provide free parking. We have to park the car along the hotel road side, is safe. Apartment located at center of the city. To klcc, mid valley, jalan alor, the garden need about 10-15min drive.

My party chose to stay here because, studio apartment! Bare in mind that this is also a residential building. So you won't get that holiday vibe bumping into people on their way to work in the morning. We also got a few looks when the kids in our group were a bit loud. We got the 2 bedroom suite which had just enough beds to fit us all but only a single bed was on the upper level so only one of us had the studio experience. We loved the kichenette. There's a microwave, water heater, toaster (bring bread for morning toasts! Or all day toasts), rice cooker, pans, porcelain dishes. But none of those instant coffee sachets like most local hotels so remember to BYO. The staff that handled our bookings were friendly enough, I hardly interacted with the building's staff at all. Just ask these guys anything, they will reply pretty quickly. Travel by train! Parking space is limited and I doubt they're legal or free.

1. The place is very new and easy to find (we drove from Singapore). Very accessible with connection to train station and we ordered a lot of through foodpanda and the food came very quickly as there were many food places nearby. 2. Service was really great, to name; Bill helped us a lot from the start and did us favours. We urgently needed to print documents and we couldn't find a place, and he offered to print for us. 3. The two bedroom suite is amazing, the space was enough for everyone (7 pax), perfect for large families, and everything is available. The room is very pleasing to look at, very clean and made us very satisfied. Highly recommended!

The key difference, however, is in the way a staff from ALILA EST, Aqila, went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. While everything was smooth the first time around, during the 7 Jun to 10 Jun, we were on the 26 floor in an apartment where the dryer and electric kettle did not work. Since we checked in on a Fri, I did not want to disturb Aqilah who I knew was on Hari Raya leave. By Sun, when I texted her, she immediately responded by sending a colleague to take our wet clothes to be dried and had the kettle replaced. These are just examples of how she was very responsive and always placing the needs of her guests first. Throughout, she was calm and very pleasant to speak with when my wife or I had to call her for assistance and when we met face-to-face, it was a very pleasant smile t

Exceptional”

Booked a two room suites for two nights and it really felt that we were staying at home, modern, comfortable and clean. Wifi working well, they had great movies on tv. The kids loved the loft bed. Bill, the agent who handled our staycation was ever so friendly and accommodating. Kids pool / jacuzzi was great. The only downside was the parking in the building. It is costly. If u wanted free parking, u have to park outside the building. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Tip: do buy food and drinks before returning back as there’s no nearby restaurants around.

Central place near Little India and KL Sentral”

I recommend this property to whom travel in group (like family) because the apartment is so comfortable and convenient with available kitchen and kits; swimming pool is a plus. It’s short distance walk from little India to the property. The Bangsar station is just crossing the street. I dislike the smart key is only available for your apartment floor and swjmming pool since we were arranged jn different floors and could not approach each other.

Good location/ facilities but parking is not free”

The apartment was really nice, free fancy coffee - super comfortable, great view - fully equipped. There is a pool and gym that can be used. You can get to Bangsar LRT by an elevated walkway, which is great cos the surrounding area is not necessarily safe if you walk and don't know where you are going. BUT if you intend to park in this building, you need to be aware that the parking ramp/ entry & exit are very tight. We drive an Isuzu DMax and it was stressful getting in and out. High/ broad vehicles are NOT recommended for this parking lot. Also - parking is not free, and it's chargeable at RM15 per night - IF you leave between 8am - 9.30pm when their counter service is open for you to exchange the parking ticket for a pass. Otherwise it's RM5 per hour and you are essentially parking in the Alila Hotel parking lots. You need to give them a RM100 deposit for the parking card, swing by the lobby to return the card, then they return the cash. I paid RM50 for the first night's parking.
