Suite with no parking and breakfast ”
No parking allocated. I have to pay RM29.50 for whole stay. No breakfast. No counter for check in. Got to wait for the agent to come down. While waiting, no seat for my mom.

Almost got scammed”
Yes I would recommend this property but... what they don’t tell you is that this property is not owned by the hotel. The room was fine but it was on a floor under renovation. People buy these interrogated floor rooms. The guy who owned our room wanted $50US for a key card deposit. He’s just a guy. The lobby people have nothing to do with these rooms. He said call him when you check out to get your deposit back. When I called there was no answer. I called 4 times. Then I called to separate number to book another room. He shared right away. I told him I wanted my $50 back. He took his time coming down to meet me and my cab almost left. He gave me my money back but it was a hassle. The room was good and worth the money. Just watch out for this key card scam.

Incorrect contact and huge disappointment”
I was at the KL Suites. There was no reception and they have given me a wrong contact number. I called the contact number for about 20mins which there after I gave up since I had a baby and a young kid. I finally went over to other hotel instead.

Worst Experience. There room smelt bad and was in poor condition. I had no idea if the man who was taking me up to my room was part of the hotel or not, no identification. There was no WiFi or phone in the room, the man gave me his card to call him if I had any problems, but there was no phone in the room so how is this possible?? It appears to me that the part of the hotel I had inhabitied was sold off to private owners who dont know a thing about hotel management. Will not recommend and left the place as soon as I could
