We were there quite late around 7 pm. and found that they have no room for us as the air condition broken. At that time we all very upset as the staff told us that we have to go to another place call SOHO which is we all have no idea where is it, luckily that google map app. help us a lot so it about 5 min. walk. When we all at SOHO it take time for security process but Finally we got the room which is good; clean, good view, lot of space and good location (we can walk to KLCC) and they also allow us for late check with FOC until 4 pm. Good for family or group of friends and worth for money!!!

Perfect apartment but very extremely disappointed with the car park and outside guard”

True review based. Overall, there are pros and cons of staying in this apartment which I need to mention. The good thing is that the place was very true to the pictures, it was a pleasant stay in the apartment, the design of the room and the view were beautiful and the place is very clean. The facilities in the room were up to standard. The location is very near to the twin tower and convenient. Given the price, we think that it is very affordable. And, the security guards inside was very helpful to help us contact the owner. The bad thing that we were really extremely annoyed of was regarding the car park and the guards standing outside!!! We mentioned that we need a carpark slot as we were driving, however, when we reached there, the guard ask us to park our cars at the 7 or 8 storey. And so, we went all the way up even till we reach the last floor, we did not manage to get any parking slots. Despite talking to the guard, there was nothing that he could do to help us and he couldn't even bother to do so. We wasted a lot of time trying to find parking space and talking to the guard.... The funny thing is that there is no indication or system showing the number of empty slots left and when cars drive in, the guard just ask them to go up to the carpark even though there were no empty slots!!! Seriously, if there are no parking available for this apartment, we would have gone somewhere else with parking slots available!! It is really not funny to drive all the way up and down in the small carpark...and end up knowing there is no space at all!!! And the worse thing of all is that we had to park our car at the next building and the parking fee is MYR $50+ just for a night. We really think that the apartment is great that's why we rated excellent for all except the staff, because there is really an issue with the management. Just an advice, it is better to stay here if you are not driving.

Awesome unit”

Nice stay here. Petronas tower is walkable with many amenities. Unit is tidy & designed perfectly. Wifi is reachable everywhere in the room. Airconditioned in all room including living room. High floor with petronas view as shown in the advertisement(Agoda). 500 RM refundable deposit should be paid during the unit takeover. Pelita food court (Halal) is nearby. The only bad thing is the unit equipped with only 1 access card to enter the premises.

Service is a nightmare. We were paying 3-4 star hotel prices (RM 355 a night) but were treated worse than a backpacker. During our 4-day stay, service (if you can call it that) ranged from non-existent to downright hostile and rude. The first sign of trouble was when our driver had difficulty locating KL101. We called and asked clearly if the apartment is opposite Shangri-La Hotel because that was what our map showed. He couldn’t tell us or give us direction and hung up on us four times. Somehow we found the apartment but that was only the beginning of our troubles. There was no reception and the security guard told us we had to call the owner. There was no instructions for us to do that in the voucher or upon booking. We called the number listed and was told that we couldn’t check in until 3pm and we cannot leave the luggage anywhere in the building. That was a big problem because we had a lunch booked at Dynasty at Renaissance Hotel and it was only 10am. We ended up putting our luggage in luggage hold at Renaissance Hotel and cooling our heels at the hotel for an hour until lunch time. When we went back to the apartment after lunch to check in, we were told to grab the card key from the letterbox. Problem #1: the letterbox is behind a locked door. In fact there are 3 doors and they lead to different apartments. If not for help from two different security guards, we would not have been able to find the right door, open the door and find our way to the right letter box. Next problem, we were never told how to operate the card key. It took a resident of the serviced apartment to tell us how – flash the card and the lift automatically takes you to your floor. Things just got worse from there on. The maid never came a single day. We ran out of toilet paper the second day and were brusquely told: There are some in the kitchen cabinets. It wasn’t there and we had to resort to stealing toilet paper from malls and restaurants because we could not find a mini-mart that sol

saya mengambil penginapan dari tgl 31 desember sampai 2 january 2018. pertama kali nginep di VORTEX dan saya sangat suka nginep disini . Lokasinya strategis untuk ke KLCC sangat dekat hanya berjalan kaki, untuk ke pusat kota juga mudah karena dilalui BUS GOKL GREEN LINE dan BLUE LINE. Jika ingin naik LRT juga sangat dekat ke stasiun BUKIT NANAS. Kebersihan nya oke banget dan lengkap dengan fasilitas rumahan yang dapat kita pergunakan. dan gak kalah bagus nya VIEW ruanagn saya langsung ke MENARA KL :)

Куала Лумпур, мы жили на 23 этаже, бассейн на 6 этаже , когда бронировали была цена 15 рингит, по факту 20 рингит. когда приехали ожидали респепшн, однако пришел Агент спустя 1,5-2 часа. отдал электронные ключи. Клининг комнат сделали через 2 часа после заселения. неудобно было ждать в коридоре. нас было 5 человек в том числе 2 детей. в целом удовлетоворительно . это наш первый опыт без админстрации отеля.
