Comfortable and Spacious”

Kluang Container Hotel is one of the more comfortable hotels in Kluang, with good amenities and guests. This is my second time staying here, and the staff is helpful by letting my check in slightly earlier. They improved in terms of the toiletries provided since the last time I stayed. Room is generally clean, although I found yellow spots on my towel. I stayed at the bottom floor this time, and internet was very unstable inside the room. I had to go outside to get a stable connection, but in return I was food for mosquitoes. A simple breakfast is provided same as last time although not mentioned in the TnC. I went out a bit later this time for breakfast and sadly there was no Milo left, as I am not really a coffee drinker. Appreciate if more Milo could be provided next time.

Clean and unique”

Unique rooms fashioned out of containers. Rooms are clean though our family bedroom was a bit squeezy. The living area was a nice touch, with a sofa, side table and coffee table. We were given Blk B room but it was located above Blk A rooms, but without clear indication. So we were confused for a while and had to go back to reception to double check.

Tight space but cosy & comfortable”

We stayed at Family Room for 2 nights. Tight space because it is a container. But bathroom n toilet is spacious. Swimming pool is a plus point. My children enjoyed both pools. Queen beds and pillows are comfortable and cosy. Airconds work very well. Recommended for a short weekend getaway.

Over Priced Hotel”

1. Light from "Emergency Exit" is too bright in a small darkened cabin. It kept me awake. 2. Noise from vehicles as the hotel is located next to a main road in Kluang. 3. Pillows are too soft to provide support. 4. Over priced for such a small property whose only attraction is a small swimming pool. Pros: 1. Comfortable mattress. 2. Reasonably clean (though if you look hard enough, you can pick out stains on the bed sheets) 3. Friendly and helpful staff.

Better than expected ”

hotel is better than what i expected, room is quite spacious and bathroom is nice. with 2 aircond in 1 unit and the bed is soft. got 2 swimming pools also. price is reasonable!

Excellent”

We are staying at the upper container and guest below frequently slam the door when they want to close it. It is very noisy and irritating. Maybe the owner vmcn do something regarding the noise.

Clean and comfortable ”

Stayed 1 night. Room was simple but clean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent air conditioning. Staff friendly. Calm surrounding. Pool was clean. Breakfast was simple and variety was limited. No hair dryer and refrigerator provided in the room. Overall worth with the price. Will come again.

good stopover for 1 night”

Not much facilities, but there are 2 pools average size , one with a slide good for children on the other block is the 2nd pool not too deep 1200 meter. Breakfast is pre order when checking in, simple pre pack food like nasi lemak, mee siam or mee gorong chose 1 item. Didn't try any of it cos is not my favourite food. The hotel is clean though, staff is courteous, parking facility outside the hotel but there is a guard taking care so is quite safe. Over all is good hotel As its a container m sure everyone should know the limited space of the room. thumbs up!! well done. I like it

Great stay”

Hotel design very nice with the big pool. My kids very enjoyed. But a bit disappointed hotel management not allowed us using swimming pool at the gate B.

A gem in Kluang!”

We had an awesome stay here! The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is clean and with superb shower rain. The swimming pool is awesome and there’s also a water slide! They serve tasty basic local breakfast too. The only improvement area for me is the big “exit” sign located at both ends of the room, right on top of the bed. It is big and the light from its illumination makes the bedroom area too bright for sleep.

Overall is nice”

Overall is nice. Facility provided is good. However, the soundproof is weak and due to its location beside the main road, it very noisy in the night. Even the dripping water fall onto the metal deck somehow rather its very loud and can hear it clearly inside the cabin, sleepless night i would say.

very clean, but quieter if stays on the upper container.

more than expected but....”

friendly staff, good service by offering me upgrading my room, breakfast is providing with the delicious local food as it is yummy. 2 big pool is available here. but can hear the "BANG" room door close from the next room which very distracting especially during the middle of the nite

suitable for family gathering”

Clean and big room. Friendly staff. Has 2 side of swimming pool and two types which is for kids and adult, you can use both. My room apposite with swimming pool. Room equipped with heater, 3 in 1, iron board, iron, 4 pillows for each bed. Really recommended, 5 star

Lovely place”

Love the pool,love the view,love the cleanliness,love everything about the place. Will come back again with my big family for sure.

Unique design”

Container stay is more relaxing than staying at hotel. Pool is accessible at all times. Staffs are friendly. But food can be more kid-friendly like non spicy. Should have make up room services. Overall good stay. Will come back again. 😉

Value for money”

Clean bedroom, kids like the swimming pools, quiet places, good wifi, no choices for breakfast (fried rice or fried bihun), many table&chair for 'lepak2' at swimming pools

Convenient Location”

This is our 3rd time here. Overall their room & pool are clean. Hope they can provide non-spicy breakfast for kids for our next visit. Also hope they can open their other facilities like their mahjong room to those who booked their hotel. Thanks.
