Fantastic stay”

Not our first time to Bangkok but first time trying Klub Hotel. Pratunam is our favourite area in bkk and klub hotel is nestled in a quiet lane in busy Pratunam, just the right amount of balance. We stayed at the suite room and it was SPACIOUS. Modern design and friendly Housekeeping every morning. Short walk to platinum mall, the nearest convenient stall is a few minutes walk away. The alley leading back to Klub hotel at night can be a little too dark and quiet for female travellers. The breakfast buffet is pretty good too! Will definitely stay here again.

New hotel with nice & modern design, friendly staff, cleanliness room and price reasonable. ”

It's a newly hotel with new amenities, nice, simple+modern design and decorations. Hotel provides free shuttle tuk-tuk car to the main road and the nearest bts station which is the hotel staffs cum hotel tuk-tuk drivers were very friendly, they're willing told us the directions of the places we want to go. We're felt luckily when we moved to this second hotel we stayed in Bkk, the front desk staff greet us nicely and upgraded our room to the premier room instead of deluxe room without any charges due to the deluxe rooms was fully stayed when upon our arrival. The room is very clean, spacious room with modern & new amenities, comfy king size bed. Breakfast was very nice and tasty with many choices of food. Hotel Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very satisfied and feel comfy during our stay at Klub Hotel Bkk. Overall, enjoy my stay here with my husband and will definitely come back here again when travel in Bkk! NOTHING BUT EVERYTHING ”

It is not a 6 star hotel, yet the layout and how helpful all personnel of the hotel are from start to end is just beyond excellent. I would compare it to Grand Hyatt KL but in some areas, BETTER! In fact, KLUB HOTEL should be the training hub for all hotels in Bangkok and Thailand. KLUB Hotel gives the feel that you are home away from home. Mom who feeds yummy food and dad who fetch you around tirelessly. The FREE Tuk tuk shutter has 4 drop off and pick up stations, which all guest can use. ALL tuk tuk drivers are so fun and love what they do, they also are so concern of the safety of the guest always would mentioned to ring them once done so they can come fetch. This is super convenient to get to the main shopping, massage, food streets especially which elderly family member who rather not walk far. To the person reading this at KLUB, please share this to all your front-lines you have an awesome group of them, you hired right! Because of them KLUB HOTEL IS AWESOME AND MY NO1.

Optimal location with superb hospitality!”

I have previously stayed with NAP (just next door), which has served us great but we were always curious to try out KLUB. KLUB Hotel was an excellent choice too! Although the room was not properly maintained (a little worn out), but the staff was all very hospitable and friendly. Did I mention that the hotel is located in a superb location too? Can easily stroll to explore PLATINUM MALL, Pratunam market, The Market (new mall) etcetera; it is also not too far off SIAM. One of my must-visits would be the stretch of massage parlors nearby, always soothes my tense muscles & tendons. Most importantly, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I've had around the world!!!! Would definitely return to KLUB sometime :-)

This is my second time stay in Klub Hotel Bkk with my family, we stayed here for 6 nights. Klub mean is back home in Thai word(was told by a friendly grab driver). We have welcome drinks & mojito cocktail drinks for free. It's feel like a home because the hotel and rooms is clean, cozy & spacious plus facilities are good. Only the lighting inside the room(which we stayed this time) is quite dim especially when i want to put on make up (first time came were felt good with the lighting but in different room type). The hotel staffs very helpful & politely, have a good advised from the front desk staff which told us how we get to the place we want to go.There are variety of choices for the breakfast with delicious food, fruits, breads & drinks, like it so much! Although the hotel is inside the alley but it's safely when walking back from the main road, plus the friendly tuk-tuk car service which provide from the hotel will fetch us to the nearly main road. Overall is good.TQ KlubHotel!

EXCELLENT! very good value for money”

The water pressure was very strong and we like it very much because it cleans well. The room was clean and spacious. The room provides individual ropes, hangers and wardrobe. The hotel provides free tuk-tuk services to specific locations only. I would prefer to stay in this hotel rather than the hotel next to it, as "THE NAP BANGKOK" Hotel is very over rated and commercialised. The services and rooms quality is way better in Klub Hotel. The unfortunate prospect is the hotel does not include breakfast, we have to pay extra for breakfast. In short, the overall experience in Klub Hotel is very extremely satisfying.

Value for money and great place for recharge!”

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Klub staffs were so friendly and helpful. They also recommend us massage place which was really nice and only costs 250 bahts. They also provide tuk tuk service to the shopping heaven-Pratunam market just few minutes away from klub hotel. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. We really enjoy ours stay here. Would definitely stay here again on ours next visit in bkk.

What a pretty and great hotel in bangkok, clean, staff very pretty and friendly, especially the super friendly tuk tuk driver name TEE very appreciated for all the way your help. I stay at suite room for 5 days and we have nothing to complain, room very clean and breakfast was good too. Very good location for shopping and you can easily find a lot of nice food and massage just walk all the way. I’ll come back and stay again with this hotel. Thank you klub hotel.

Stay for 5nights here! Location is very great. In the heart of Pratunam. You only need to walk 5minutes to reach Pratunam Market and shopping till drop. At night there’s so many food around! And you only need 53 baht to go Siam using taxi meter! How near it is! Staff was so friendly and good English! Room was so clean and comfortable. Will be back surely ❤️ thanks Klub Hotel

Pretty cool hotel”

Just got back from Bangkok and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at KLUB. The room is spacious and clean. Hotel looks very new and trendy, definitely a place that is suitable for younger audience. The hotel was fully booked on the day that I checked in and maybe because everyone was streaming in at the same time, the reception staff were swarmed and the process took a little bit longer. I was supposed to get 3 rooms on the 5th floor, but as only 2 rooms were available, we checked into the 2 available room first and was promised that we could check into the third later on in the evening. We returned at around 9 pm only to find out that the other room we were promised has been given away. But they ended up giving us an upgrade on a different floor, so all is good I guess? Overall pleasant stay and would return again.

Clean, modern and friendly! ”

Overall, we had the best experiences from staying with Klub. The staffs were very friendly and even go to the extent of explaining and double-checking that everything is working well in our room before leaving. The room we stayed in had pretty good night view and although it is located in the alley, it's still within walkable (10 mins) distance to Platinum and Pratunam market! Would definitely be in our top list again when planning trip to Bangkok !

Busy area but peaceful stay”

The hotel is situated in a one-way narrow street however the traffic is not stuck all the time. The on-site parking is provided. The Tuk-Tuk is available for guests 24hours, that is wonderful. We can actually walk from the hotel to Central World across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is spacious with the view of Bangkok. Thank you KLUB Hotel. We had a great time there.

Beyond my expectations”

Love my stay, entirely. From the staff, to the room service, to the layout, to the amazing breakfast. I stayed on the third floor and I had no regrets. Extra praise for the housekeeping lady. She is always smiley, courteous, goes all out and helpful. The suite that I stayed in was impeccable. But I wished room slippers and bathrobes were provided. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. One thing though, the air-conditioner switches off in the middle of the night because of the motion sensor. My husband and I had to wake up twice at night just to get it going. Also, they only provide one room card. It has become my favourite hotel to stay in Bangkok. Thank you, Klub.

convenient place to stay, nice staff”

the hotel located in strategic area in Pratunam. The location is not in the main road which make us sleep without any noise. all the staff is helpful and very nice. The bedroom is neat, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and have a good scent. Aminities are well provided. I reserve 2 bedroom and stay with my family. We are satisfied with Klub Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in Klub Hotel. Their service was pleasant, and the room was clean. They even have free shuttle service to BTS and shopping centres. And, the food there was pretty decent! Most importantly, they value their customers. As their "repeated guest", we have received a welcome-back card, a complimentary glass of cocktail at their bar and discount coupon for the food. We are extremely delighted with our stay(s) at Klub Hotel, and we would definitely be back. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and spacious.”

I was staying NAP, which was next door to KLUB., but they did not have rooms so I shifted to KLUB. No regrets chanigng as KLUB rooms were much bigger and had better in house facilities like cinema, restaurants etc. There were also more staff to help and they even help us carry the bag across the pebbles area. They provide shuttle drop off service every 2 hourly to central world, ONLY BTS station was Ratchathewi and 2 other shopping locations, no pick up service. The Tuk-tuk only send out to the main street. NAP has better 24/7 shuttle service with 5 different stops and pick up service, NAP garden was also more Instagram-able. Location for both was a little hard to get to.

we received a bad treatment in the beginning, the staffs were not so friendly and helpful at all. Even the shuttle service was not on with no reasons given. It was a very bad experience and we even made complaints to Agoda for early check out on the next day (we intended to stay for 3 nights). the whole saga turned from sour into sweetness until the appearance of the magic man, Mr. Kiattichai (aka Mr. Run). He is the residents manager of the Klub hotel, a very thoughtful and understanding gentleman. He quickly stopped us when we walked into the hotel and brought us aside, to understand the problems and unpleasent experience we had. We felt his sincerity to resolve the conflicts and he even offered us a complimentary shuttle service to the airport on the day we checked out. I want to give him a compliment, for his professionalism. This guy deserved a pay increment from Klub hotel!

We had a great stay at Klub Hotel! We got the quadruple room and the bunk beds were larger than the usual single mattress. Great service by the very friendly staff and the room was very clean. The location was really good as well - within walking distance from Platinum Mall and Siam Paragon; but you have to walk a bit into the small roads from the main road. The room had many power sockets which is great for us! We would have loved a full-length mirror in the room especially for those of us who came to BKK to shop! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

It's in a quiet area of Pratunam, walkable to the main Petchaburi road with a 7-11 and some streetfood/drinks stalls. Check out the fried chicken stall, it's pretty good and cheap. 2. The hotel is new, nice design, spacious for both the room and bathroom. Amenities in the room is pretty good. Bed is large and sufficiently comfortable. 3. Facilities in the hotel is pretty good, with a complimentary tuk tuk service to certain areas, pretty good there. 4. Staff service is good, you treat them well, they also respond positively, very good there. 5. Breakfast was above expectations, I thought it might be a crappy buffet with poor selection, but there was actually an egg station, noodle station and good selection (for a boutique hotel, don't compare with a 5-star hotel), worth paying the extra for breakfast, unless

Hidden Gem”

I enjoyed our stay at Klub Hotel a lot. Hotel room is big & clean and all staff are very friendly and can speak English well. The hotel provides free tuk-tuk ride to the main road and the driver always asks where we were heading to provide us instructions (how to go at the lowest cost and shortest time). My only complaint is the distance from BTS as I have a young child with me. Walking under the hot sun for 15mins is no joke with a kid. We ended up calling Uber to Siam instead.
