What We Needed”

Really isn't that great. Sketchy people and the tv didn't work. But we needed a place to sleep and they had a bed. Also we were able to have our dog!

Horrible ”

Smelly, dirty , I don't recommend this place , cheap but you would get cheap, and no refunds, I couldn't even stay at this place, I love my health more than anything.

Above average”

No maid services, so the towels (no hand or wash towels in the room) and sheets weren't changed, the room was not cleaned , the trash wasn't emptied..... It was awkward that we had to go to the front desk to ask for the TV channel changer in order to watch TV (after search the entire room for it). There were no functional ice machines. people shouting in the middle of night was scary.....

Upset with my room ”

Well my room had water leak under carpet . they did have a comp room..... but we had to move to upstairs to a simi room which was un pleasing......the room downstairs had a horrible under tone smell couldn't tolerate any longer....the staff wasn't empathy or even concerned with assisting us.... the parking lot didn't have cameras that recorded the lot .....so car was not protected.....im truly upset

No foreal this place beats any property in Scottsdale. Free breakfast was delectable, no charge for 5pm check out, staff was super friendly to children and satellite TV kept the little ones busy. Also cant beat the complimentary ashtrays by

Th room was filthy, black substance ground into carpet. Feet stuck to bathroom floor. Door lock torn off wall lying on floor. No remote for tv. Parking lot with hookers. Booked online, would never stay again!

Warning ”

Horrible place...my room was semi clean I wanted to shower but there was no soap or towls...the bed sheets had cigarette burns all over covers had holes tv didn't work band door had a gap in it when it's closed ...outside was very dirty I did not stay the night as planned

Fixer upper”

Room had outlets pulled half out. Some outlets didn't work at all. No remote to change channel or volume on TV. Bathroom was completely in disrepair.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!”

The heater in the room started smoking when it was turned on & had wires hanging out of the bottom. The bed broke and the door didn’t lock from the inside. Had to be moved to another room and that room had roaches. Also the clerk that was on duty asked that I don’t say anything about the conditions of the first room! This hotel was/is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! Pay a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. Now I know why it was so cheap!!!

Next door to a Gentlemen's club”

The room stunk like smoke, the facility seemed clean enough, the night auditor was friendly, but the location was horrible and the endless activity was not conducive to a restful night. I did not return for the second night I had booked and paid for.

WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!”

There were bed bugs in the room, cockroachs in the bathroom, the overhead light took 15 mins to turn on after I flipped the switch on. There was people loudly talking about buying and selling drugs outside my room, the lock on my door was busted, the curtain was held up by zip ties, the room was filthy, there was blood splattered on the box spring, and on the wall, ceiling and floor, the air conditioner was taken apart the there was no tv and the bed had springs coming up through the middle of it. We didn't even stay longer than ten mins worst $50 I've ever spent! I will never go back to this establishment even someone paid me!!! Someone should seriously bulldoze this place!

Mildly scary”

As two young women, we were genuinely worried for our well being. We walked in, and walked right back out. Our room did not have lights or functioning double locks. Smelled like smoke in the room, and there were many men lingering outside, which made us nervous.

Won't go back again!”

The noice and bed bugs, horrible experience. we felt unsafe around, there was people trying to open our door in the night. There were many small insects flying near the sink and bathroom. Don't stay there!

I've stayed in som sketchy places in my time, usually for turn around trips, but this place was so bad, I said screw it and just drove straight home instead. Dirty walls, the bathroom door looked like it had been punched multiple times and some friendly cockroaches just to top it off.
