An Almost Perfect Stay for All kinds of Travellers”
I was travelling with my wife and infant to Langkawi for the first time and so was very nervous, anxious and almost sceptical of the place. However, when we reached the hotel, they made us feel welcomed and at home by greeting us and helping us with our luggages immediately. Once at the reception counter, we were further greeted and served by such friendly staff who gave each of us a cooling cup of syrup drink which we didn't expect at all but most welcomed! The place looked so clean and hygienic which is very important as we had a young child with us. The hotel had many lifts so we did not have to wait long for one to come down. We didn't have to worry about all our luggages as the porter helped us with those. The hotel room was spacious, clean and had an awesome view of langkawi's coastline and mountainside all in one view! Floor was carpetted, bed was soft and comfy and Aircon and wifi worked really well! Many hotels I've stayed in had either aircon or wifi issues. Considering adya hotel is on an island, they had none of these issues which was very commendable. It goes to show they honor their guests and ensure we all had a pleasant stay! They have a nice pool and a lovely restaurant too! The coup de grace was the amazing breakfast spread they have every single morning! I am a very critical person when it comes to hotels and its amenities, and boy was i blown away by the spread of the breakfast on display! They had pancakes and roti canai! Better rated hotels had worst! That wasn't all, everyone in the hotel was warm, friendly and helpful with genuine sincerity and you could feel it that they enjoy their work. I have never felt such warmth and hospitality from any hotel before this. I am truly impressed and amazed that their rating is only 8.4-8.6. If not for the missing room service which did not come to clean our room the whole day despite turning on my 'clean my room button and lights', the hotel would have gotten a full marks from me, the very critical hotel

Booked my stay on 3-5 October 2019. Located at the middle of Kuah town, nearby Langkawi Parade, Kuah jetty. Nearby there are alot of restaurants and convinient store. Check in was smooth and fast, they provide us with fizzy drink at the reception. We need to provide rm100 for deposit and rm4 for some tax at the hotel. 1card key provided, need to request for 2nd card for our convinient. Stayed in room 311 Deluxe room with balcony. The room was spacious enough for me my husband and my little 2year old to run around. The mattress was firm, the pillow was nice, as i hate so much soft pillow that my head sank after few seconds put my head on it. The bathroom is clean, fridge and kettle works well. Outdoor Pool is located at the 2nd floor. The view was amazing! You can see most of the Kuah town, also the sea. They also provide closed pool area for muslimah which i found it so interesting. So ladies, you can swim freely as u want! Breakfast was superb. There are huge choices for continental and asian breakfast. The taste was acceptional. There was a chef making roti canai and another one making omellete at the outside corner. Parking was free and easy. Not to worry because there are a lot of parking area provided. CONS- 1) the queen bed was a bit smaller compared to the usual queen bed size. 2) room aircond takes time almost 1hour to cool up the room. I need to spare 1 key upon going out, just to make sure the aircond continue cooling my room. 3) Limited TV channel 4) No car parking roof

Value for money with outstanding service from staff”
What stands out the most is the breakfast spread by the hotel..food is extremely delicious and wide variety of menu to choose from..waiter is very attentive to refill coffee and clean up unused plates..kudos to the kitchen and fnb staff.. Reception staff is very friendly, also check in and check out process is very smooth Housekeeping did a good job in replacing bed sheets, and cleaning the room for you Room is very spacious, comfortable and have a nice view of the sea..i took the partial sea view in which u can see both the city lights and sea during the night which are stunningly beautiful.. Location wise, although its in kuah, all the shops for basic necessities are a walk away..food stalls are also very near..

Great Stay”
My family and I had a great stay at Adya. It was a second stay for me but the first for my family. The staff are all so helpful and courteous and there is a travel agency desk located at the lobby opposite their restaurant that is very affordable and has a very well informed staff. Dad was loving the pool and we had fun interacting with him form our room that was overlooking the pool. One of the best thing about the hotel is that it has an indoor pool for female only. Mom was so glad as she felt comfortable there. My siblings even went for a massage at the spa. On our last day, as we had to check out very early, we were even given packed sandwiches. Thank you for the memorable stay and thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our rooms so clean!

A new hotel with friendly staffs”
Advantage: - Hotel is only 3 years old and looks nice - the staffs are very friendly and greet you every time you see them - parking is free - hot shower is always reliable - aircond is superb. - breakfast is really good! lots of varieties of foods. - there's 24hrs KFC right across the street - the room was very spacious! (deluxe room) - very near Kuah Jetty/Dataran Lang (Eagle Statue) Disadvantage: - the carpet in the room was stained although its a new hotel. probably should have them cleaned regularly. - quite far from Cenang beach if you're planning to go there regularly for the beach/tourist hotspot Definitely will visit again if i'm going to Langkawi!

Very impressed with their service, hospitality, cleanliness and even the spread for their morning buffet! Great job! All their staff welcome their guests with a smile and answer every query politely. The room was spacious, balcony was a plus and the location was great to travel around. A plus for those who drive as there is a carpark as well.

Great place to stay ”
Great location, amazingly clean and presented well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a Muslim catered hotel, we did not feel out of place or unwelcome as a western couple with tattoos. The only con if you need quiet rooms, you need to get sea facing and the call to prayers in the morning may be disturbing for light sleepers (I resolved with ear plugs).

WE were in ADYA hotel from 08th to 11th June 2019. The hotel provides very good facility at reasonable affordable price. 24 Hours in room dining options are limited but they provide good quality and quantity of food at very affordable price (very low compared to restaurants in the city). Even the Spa options are limited but it is very cheap and the service is good. We booked Premiere Suite with Sea view for two nights and the view was amazing from the room. The suite is very spacious surrounded by balconies all around. For one night, we stayed in Deluxe sea view room. The space is ok. If you are on limited budget, its worth considering. They can improve upon cleanliness a bit. Even the bed sheet is not changed everyday. Overall very nice and comfortable stay. Will definitely stay there if we happen to visit Langkawi again :-). We booked through Agoda and it was very good deal (Better than the hotel website rate).

STRATEGIC PLACE & GREAT POOL!”
If you're taking ferry going to langkawi, the hotel placed just nice from the jetty. Location is near restaurants yet very easy to access to town. Highly recommended bcs room smells nice, bathroom is clean, calming view from balcony & staff is friendly. Will definitely come here again!

The hotel was smacked right in the middle of kuah town! Staff were super friendly,room was great, i felt like home :) breakfast was superb too cos they provide you with a table so u wont have to look for one,and most importantly,i have to salute cos they really practice hospitality in an islamic way. We stayed here for 4 nights in a Deluxe room. Room was clean and spacious enough. Ocean view is good as soon see both the country side as well as the sea side. Breakfast buffet was superb as there were wide variety of delicious food. Though the hotel is Muslim friendly and you can hear the prayer on the speaker, it was never a problem for us. Hotel staff were very attentive, respectful and courteous. They were always smiling and greeted us always. Hotel located at the best place to explore Langkawi. There are many food places, grocery stores just within walking distance from the hotel. Also there's a shopping mall nearby which is very cheap. We would highly recommend Adya to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff with smile and always greeting us with 'Assalamualaikum' wherever you meet them. Besides that, they were not biased to serve anybody. Food also have many choices and very nice view at balcony. But just a little bit things to improve is area of television not too clear, and some lamp inside room have problem. However, i like this property and want to stay again here. Very Recommended 👍😊

Good hotel”
I'm staying at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is perfect. The breakfast is awesome. This hotel is suitable for Muslim because they provide prayer mat, al quran and yassin. Besides that, the staff is very nice and friendly. Thanks to the Jelapang Restaurant staff who entertain us for candle light dinner. Whenever I come to Langkawi, I will choose Adya Hotel again for my vacation.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Masha Allah. We got wonderful experiences there. From reception to the rooms, facilities and breakfast , everything was perfect. Got alunan al quran at lobby. Bell boy is so nice and helpful. The most special thing is , they provide female swimming pool, which is rare to find in other hotel in Malaysia. I will definitely repeat my visit there. And stay for more days😁

A comfortable stay with a spectacular view”
Stayed few times at Adya and we definitely recommend this hotel. Tried the spa this time and the experience was great! Breakfast was better during our last stay before Covid19 but it was adequate though. The room is comfortable and shower is good.

I stayed here during MCO for 6 days. Hotel staffs were very friendly and very accommodating. I got complimentary upgrade to Suite room with superb sea view on my final day. New hotel and the rooms are clean and with nice sunset view balcony. Highly recommended.

Less busy streets but far from attraction place.”
Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Staffs are very friendly, always greet us whenever we bumped into any of the staff. Breakfast is just a so-so. Crossaint & live station of prata & egg station is the best. Otherwise, everyday about the same food. Loving the ladies pool. No one was there most of the time so me and my friend had the entire pool to ourselves. View at ladies pool is so calming and nice. Room cleanliness is okay, would be better if the carpet is more softer and cleaner looking. View in our room is superb, sea view! Benefits is we can sun dry our swimming clothes at the balcony. Tv channels are limited but okay. We’re out doing activities most of the time anyway. Toilet size is just nice, not too big or too small. Shower towel however was rough texture. Ironing board is not cushion enough so when I iron my clothes, have those ironing board marks. Those criss cross thingy. Distance to the main attractions of Langkawi is far. We took grab everyday because we didn’t hire any driver or we don’t drive/ride. Grab price to and back attraction place is about RM18 each. However, hotel is near the jetty. Hotel is also beside a mall but don’t expect much from the mall. We went to the pasar malam everyday because everyday different place. Nice adventure. KFC is just opposite our hotel, a great help to fix our dinner because we were so dead tired from snorkelling but still want to eat bcos hungry. Haha! There’s a counter at the ground level of hotel where you can enquire & book for places of attraction. The staff there, Fatin, was very helpful and able to communicate in English. Benefit for my Chinese friend, at least I don’t have to do translation. Transaction for the attractions is smooth and our driver (sorry I forgot your name) to heli + skycab is very helpful and friendly too. Would recommend this place definitely for my muslim ladies friends who wants to go ladies swimming pool and for in the future if I want some nice quieter, less busy ambience.

Everything is superb., with very friendly & helpful staff. The room is excellent with nice seaview. Food/breakfast is great with variety of choice...value for money spent.
