The room was dirty, dusty and the toilet bowl also dirty. At first thr give me one room at corner very creepy. No key. Then i complain they give another room. They said under renovation but still you need to make sure your room clean. The worse hotel i ever stay.

The star rating of the property been striped off a few yrs ago but Agoda still advertising it as a two-(02)-star-hotel w/o verification of its business/operating license/accreditation cert. A quick check with LADA (Langkawi tourism board) will unfold the truth. Due to that, the owner/staffs at the property will continue to emphasize to the guest that the hotel is not a five-(05)-star-rated-hotel & so, they take no actions/do nothing at all when comes to guest complaints. Despite it strategic location (in Kuah city), the rooms are not built soundproofed & hence, do not expect quiet nights for the stay. Cleanliness is the major drawback (the worst). Been requested by the owner & staffs to stay in a room w/o hsekeeping due to the temp. hsekeeping staff is on leave & a further request to change to a clean/tidied room been denied too and again, with the same excuse i.e. "...it is not a five-(05)-star-hotel". Lastly, those photos posted on Agoda are not the real picture of the property now!!

Everything about this hotel is disappointing. Don't ever believe the pictures taken. You can find more decent and basic hotel at cheaper price.

No designated parking at all. Located next to main road hence the noisiness from car honks, motorbikes etc. Room space was very limited even for 2 people. Feels quite stuffy. The bathroom was not well maintained, toilet wasn't functioning appropriately. Toilet floor was dirty. Level 3, back end door lead to the emergency exit was never close (definitely security issue).

Shower water small, room dirty, door lock faulty, check in take time and it’s need 3 time to double check your booking with Agoda. Worst hotel ever staying !

Bad experience in Atlis”
Room opposite the road. Cannot sleep due to noisy motorcycles. Dirty bathroom and bedsheets. Room also very very small you do not have space to move around. Book the hotel room if its your last choice.

The hotel is not secure to stay. The room is too small and dirty. They have phone in the room but the phone cannot be used (no phone line is provided). Not recommended for those need secure environment (especially for woman) due to the room do not have the door lock at inside.

Its a small room, very little space to move unlike what shown in the advertisment, no drinking water provided for two days of stay, same goes with soap and shampoo ect. Only near to dataran lang but far away from pantai cenang and cable car.
