So dirty , we check in 2pm, but the cleaner still clean the room after we come , then call Agoda , she say need to wait , we wait until 2:30pm .

I booked this apartment on 4th November 2016, but when we came to this place they said no booking for this apartment.. but after that they know their mistake then they replace another hotel for us.. i will think twicely for stay at this property next time...very disappointed..

I have booked 2 nights at this place, but only could tolerate for one night because of frustation I am so frustrated of booking this place. Not clean at all and the tv all not functioning. Tried to ask for refund for next day because we have decided to stay in other hotel but the management refused for refund. Not recommended at all

Dirty, dusty, disappointed ”
Room is very dirty, dusty, not well maintenance at all, 2 tv at the living room, a astro decoder with no smart card, a antenna with no channel. No remote for aircond, few pillow without pillow case, no enough towel. Seen like a house with very long time not occupied. Tq for bad experience. Anyway langkawi island is still memorable for us.

I see lot spider wed before walk in the apartment, i actually clean the wed and stay, Room and toilet is dirty, thin blanket,no room service. Bad experience actually

Facilities differs between rooms. Swimming pool was closed for the whole day during many guest were in especially kids. Parking remote control does not work. I had to park outside and it was giving me a hard time.

I booked two nights to stay this apartment. but end up only stay one night because this ridiculous apartment was so dusty and with old furniture. And also they hang all the smelly towels in the dining chair don't know for what purpose! I will never go back again to stay in apartment.
