Nice chalet and near to Cenang beach”
Good enviroment, easy to check in, small swimming pool but nice and very good. Closed to Cenang street shopping area, walking about 5 minit to access the Food stall center in Cenang area. No need to bring transport in Cenang, just walking at the area because heavy traffic especially at Night 8pm to 11pm. Overall this challet verry good and near to the beach and also easy to get any food .

Good value for money”
The best choice if you're traveling on a budget with small kids. The location is good as it it far enough to give you privacy from the crowded & noisy area and within walking distance to the shops & restaurants and even food trucks. There's a pool if you like to swim or you can walk to the beach. The room is spacious. Basic necessities are provided. But do not expect more. We stayed here for 3 nights, overall we were happy with our stay.

Good and Bad”
Good: Location very near with Cenang Beach. You may no need to have a car. Facility : Laundry, Ticket for others activity, Supermarket, Pool. Restaurant. The room quite large. The host very helpful. He help to arrange a car for us. Bad: The bed needs to be replace. The pillow too. The kitchen place needs new renovation. The Bathroom is in dire needs of a renovation.

Need to upgred and renovation”
Its bad experience to stay here. The room is too old and the toilet is very dirty. Many dirt at the toilet wall. Not good cleaning. The bed not comgort and its very hard by supporting a hard spring and the bedsheet also very old and looks not really clean. I intent to stay here for 4 night but have to change my mind and just stayed for one night, eventhough I has paid for 4 night. Because Im not connfident with the cleanesless. The location is not at the beach but many shop surrounding the main road.

Disaster”
When we got there it was closed. The first room we got did not have wi-fi, AC and the bathroom was filled with bloody menstruation pads. The second room we changed to was very dirty and we woke up in the middle of the night from a gas leak puring into our room so we had the evacuate. The staff did no care and laught when we told them this. Worst stay ever, dont go here!

Dear mr malte, thank you for feedback. Hope you doing well and still in holiday after we refund back your money for all three night you stay. First day check in, you complain about room-dirty, our staff then give another big room for you. Second day in new room we give, you ask for 'gas' to cook, which is actually you have to pay for gas if want to cook (every guest who ask for gas to cook have to pay), but we give you for free :). Next day morning,on 7 A.M, you complain gas is leaking and you want to refund back your money all 4 night you paid. We do apologies on that case, give option better room although on previous day we send gas is okay and the staff check it before send to you. But you come complain on the next day morning, then ask for cash refund money many time to my staff. You want cash money, but didnt want to check out. We ask you to inform agoda for cancellation and to refund, but you refuse to refund because you still want cash money for ALL NIGHT you check in.
