The owner was so nice, friendly and he offer us larger room. Im really grateful for his thoughtful. convenience store just few step. Near with shopping centre and jetty. No worries if you hungry cause lots of kedai makan around there.

Next to 4 convenience stores and about 20 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. It's cheap and good value for money. I arrived at about 12;15 and there was no-one at reception. I walked to the ferry terminal and back to buy my ticket back to Penang. Still no-one there at 1:45pm. At 2pm a girl carrying loads of cleaning stuff arrived. Apparently they clean and handle reception duties. She was apologetic (maybe management should pay for a bell or a pager?) and I got checked in. The room was fine for the money. The aircon worked well. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The wifi was good all evening but wasn't working in the morning. The shower was cold no matter what I did. The towels were worn. Management should pay for new towels. I think it's really more of a 3.5 rating. I preferred the Seri Mutiara

Good staff , suitable room. Should be improved on room facilities. My bathroom has a water heater but not working. Wall lamp also there but no light. The wall fan also get stuck. Aircond is functioning but not the remote control. Should have room advisory for large group or families so they will not get crumpled. Overall is ok for the price. you can use the lobby for relaxing. Maybe owner can add television out there for entertaintment. Recommended for long stay and budget travellers.

The hotel was in fact a convert 2nd and 3rd floor shoplot. Just an average room. But beware children running in corridor will heard quite loud. The room also very old.

I think the location is quite strategic. You can easily go to Pekan Kuah. And it is very near to the duty free plaza. Unless you want to go to the beaches (Pantai Chenang, Tanjung ​Rhu, etc.), it is quite far (15-20km). Since this is our second time being here, so we are quite familiar with the place and there is no problems for us to drive from the motel. However, the receptionist always not at the table. It was difficult to check in and check out for us. But, you can just call the number stated at the office's door and just tell them what's your issue. It still can be solved :) Otherwise, the stay was great.

The owner, Abang Din is very helpful and friendly.Tour packages and motorbike rental also available at reasonable price.Large and clean bed but have to share bathroom. Everything else was great except no dustbin provided in the room and toilet.
