Gracious hospitality!”
Everything was superb. Receptionists were very polite. I got a room without bathtub, the receptionist efficiently changed my room to the one with bathtub. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary upper body massage at the hotel's spa. Welcome drink at the sky bar was magnificent. Pasar malam Kuah was within walking distance as well as other shops nearby. Had a great time and definitely will come back.

OVERALL IS GOOD ”
Overall is good & amazing. From reception, staff, room, parking, rooftop, food is super good. But im disappointed that swimming pool is not taking care good enough. Its start on 730am but i reach on 10am it is dirty with plastic bag & the cleaner just want to clean the pool at that time. Hope can change timing to clean the pool earlier. Whatever it is i definitely sure that I will come again.

Staff very friendly 👍👍 every morning they will ask to make up a room or not.... Really good customer service 👍👍 price also very affordable... Their room is very big and comfortable and have all completed facilities 🥰🥰 this will be my favourite list hotel for holiday at langkawi 🤭🤭

Room are so spacious, comfy bed with extra pillows. Service was warm, everyone greet you. Location are wise, pay RM5 only for grab from Kuah Jetty. The pool is clean and I enjoy swimming there. Variety food for breakfast. Will stay here again

The best hotel in Kuah area. Nearby to go to kuah town and shopping duty free in kuah area. Nice swimming pool i love the view So Great. The breakfast also very nice taste even the food not so many choice . Goldsand hotel the best hotel and the staff very very friendly. I will stay again here when i come to langkawi

Very huge room with comfy bed. Bathroom also big with large tub and nice rain shower. Also with balcony with great view of Kuah and sea. The infinity + kids pool at the very top floor has breathtaking view of Langkawi. Breakfast buffet is ok and even with CMCO, they let us order a-la-carte. Location is very near pasar malam and the duty free shops, just walk over.

Best convenient hotel for business trip”
Big rooms, very comfortable bed. Roof top sunset dinner like at view at Paris. Nice food, u won't regret. Just toilet hot water ned to get advice from staff only know how to get it. 100% satisfied.

One of The Best Hotel in Langkawi”
Hotel with the top roof scenery, you can have sunset view while having a coffee at Cafe or you relaxing at the Pool. Staff are friendly and nice. Easy access to town, bank, interest places and also Night Market at only less than 50meters from hotel. Just only, it a bit far from beach for those how like beach. Overall is Excellent & Recommended to stay here.

This is the best hotel i’ve stay in Langkawi fr! The room is big and spacious, the aircond is functional well. Me and my husband would like to repeat to stay here if we go to langkawi again. The hotel is at Kuah so the surrounding is not busy like Chenang but if u like to have a relaxing trip then this hotel is for you.

Overall good place and friendly hotel staff”
It was a centre of Kuah,Langkawi. Very good place which near to shopping malls, eatery and also night market (which held on every Sat). I was been surprise by the hotel staff on my birthday with their birthday cake. I would love to come back again to this hotel.

Friendly front counter staff (Syafa). Breakfast buffet was with a nice spread. Great view from the rooftop pool and bar. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, lovely stay. To pick a negative comment ; In house channel selections can be improved

I choose this place for honeymoon vacay. it's really worth it! i paid for the honeymoon packages, and they prepared it perfectly beyond my expectations. i love it here since it's not crowded and it suitable for those who loves some privacy

Lovely design and superb service”
Unexpected room got bath tub. Love the interior, however, less clean. toilet and the cup and saucer.. maybe lack of staff after MCO.. but should remember, Covid time la should be cleaner.. Towel not really clean, got stain and dont really smell fresh.. better after ask to make up room.. Im sorry but if I dont tell, you guys never know where to improve.. all this things that can be improved. this one improve, all be perfect. Staff super friendly and helpful..thank youu!!

Love the interior design of the hotel. The room are huge & bed are comfy. Bathtub is nice with rain shower as well. Infinity pool on top are delightful to view. It’s breathtaking!

Superb hotel with superb view in the heart of kuah town. Clean hotel, good view of kuah sea at rooftop. Duty free only infront. On wednesday night got night market infront hotel. Very recommended..

Comfortable and enjoying stay in Kuah”
Location= Good, very nearby duty fee shop and restaurant. Room=Big and comfortable to stay. Toilet is big and have clean bathtub. Customer services = no complaints since I get free room upgrade when I request extra bed. Breakfast = No much choice but still accept able. Pool view is good, you can see seaview while swimming.
