This motel is own by a family business and the service is excellent. No doubt on this. If walk to Cenang definitely a bit far. We have rent a car so easily to move around and 5 min drive to cenang. The motel is quite silent n not noisy but during our last night stay suddenly 2am very noisy and awake. Hearing people open n close the door n talk very loudly. If is a midnight check in, motel should advise them not to make any noise as will disturbing others somemore was midnight. Other than this overall is good and can consider to stay again. Just remember this motel not allowed to have alcohol in the room.

I would definitely recommended this motel because it have a nice and spacious room where it can fixed for 4 person..the reception quiet friendly and courteous..the only things is the tend to forget to do the room housekeeping where the usually did a room housekeeping every 2 days..

Pros: everhthing was nice.. nearby a few stalls for breakfast, lunch and dinner.. you wont sleep with an empty stomach.. Cont: a bit far from Pekan Kuah. But if you prefer to stay near Pantai Cenang, this will be the right choice.

Overall Ok. Clean, New, Spacious.”
Overall the room is spacious and clean. Air cond, water heater all ok. Location is not near along Cenang beach and we usually take grab RM 4-8/ trip go Pantai Cenang and back to H&Z. We tried to walk once to Pantai Cenang, but is too hot the weather. FYI, they only clean the room 2 days after. So we stay 4 night, they only come to clean 1 times only in total. They only provide 1 times- 2 bottles mineral water even we stay for 4 days. But we request for another mineral water finally they provided too. (as if guest stay 1 night also 2 bottles upon check in... haha. I think i need to check in everyday only can entitle for their mineral water)

Clean, fresh rooms! ”
The place is about 15 min walk from the centre street and beach. The rooms are big and feels very new. Clean. Comfortable beds and good hot shower. Staff is ok. If you dont have problem with location the only negative thing is that the Wi-Fi was very poor in our room.

지어진지 얼마 안되서 깨끗하긴 한데 맨 길가쪽 방을 줘서 잘때 찻소리 바이크소리 땜에 시끄러웠어요. 만약에 예약하실거면 찻길에서 가장 먼방으로 해달라고 요청 남기세요. 냉장고 티비 있지만 냉장고는 전혀 기능을 못하고 티비는 채널이 6갠가.. 죄다 뉴스 이상한 드라마 그런거라 외국인에겐 필요없는.. 에어컨은 작동 잘하구요. 그리고 호텔안에서 알콜 금지라고 써있어요. 두리안도 금지, 망고스틴도 금지. 보증금 50링깃 있는데 체크아웃할 때 영수증 보여주면 방 보지도 않고 돌려줘요. 그리고 직원들이 어디 가있는건지.. 거의 대부분 있어야 할 곳에 없어요.

4days 3 night my stay at H& z langkawi was not really comfortable cause they is no house keeping came to collect dustbin,change bedsheets and clean my room.it was so dirty...I have to sweep the room by myself.

hotel was by the main road, easy to find. perfectly simple and nice. everything looks new and bed is comfortable. nothing goes wrong when u are staying here. just dont be too fussy for the price u have paid. owner was friendly and helpful. its a family business. so don’t expect a 5 star hotel service or facilities. will stay here again someday...

Probably wouldn’t stay again”
The actual room was spacious and pretty clean but the corridors were very dirty- we even saw a cockroach running down the hall one night. The towels smelled really horrible and we had to ask for them to be changed. They didn’t clean our room and we ran out of toilet roll by the second night and had to email them to ask for more as there was no one at reception (like the whole of the rest of our stay). They told us we should’ve put the sign on the door, but we didn’t have one... They gave us a sign the next day and we left it out but our room still wasn’t cleaned. The location isn’t terrible but also isn’t that great. It’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach but longer to the main town and shops etc.
