Pleasant and comfortable stay”
Check in - went smoothly, requested adjoining rooms was fulfilled and we could check-in earlier than the designated time. Room - first pleasant surprise was the huge bed. They combined 2 super single or queen beds together. Size of the room is just right, comfortable to move around. Clean. Only thing which I find lacking is that some of the pillows are lumpy and thin. It was not a problem though as housekeeping swapped them out efficiently. Bathroom - toileteries are adequate. Clean. With overhead rain shower. Good water pressure and temperature control. Staff - friendly, efficient, professional. Breakfast buffet - decent variety, delicious. It was enough to satisfy every member of the family with their own breakfast favourites. Location - excellent as it is near to everything in Kuah. And a few minutes car trip away from other interestng attractions. All in all, an excellent 3 star hotel. Keep up the good work!

We just love our room. Our room was connecting room, so spacious, comfortable, clean. Variety food for breakfast : heavy breaksfast (rice or noodles), english breakfast (baked bean & bread), porridge, kuih. Very satisfied with their breakfast. Friendly staff. You can call them for assistance. Strategic location for shopping & activity. HIG mall just 5 mins from the hotel. There's food court nearby. Overall, we definitely stay in this hotel again.

One of the best”
This is my second stay in Langkawi after my last visit which was 4 years ago. I am very pleased the hotel maintains its cleanliness, the nice foods, the friendly staffs and the facilities nearby (food court, shops). Coin laundry also very near which is very convenient if you are travelling with family for few days. No doubt HIG Hotel is one of the best you can find if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

What i can say, this hotel is totally UNDERRATED. 1st time nak try stay di HIG Hotel sebab dapat good review from parents. Try la book but still x sure sebab rupa hotel dia dari dalam gmbr nampak biasa2 je. 1st impression of the room, amazing!! Lawa, comfortable, bersih! Don’t judge the book by its cover. Good job! The best hotel to stay”
Good place to stay in Langkawi. the hotel is located beside HIG Complex. U can even just walk in and shopping! The room is spacious. I travel with my family so very convenient to request connecting room. The best part is (for Muslim guest) every room provided telekung (praying cloth for woman), a prayer mat and even the Quran. This hotel also very easy to find (waze/google). The menu for breakfast also delicious (Malaysian cuisine). For my experience, this hotel is the best and definitely will repeat again when come to Langkawi.

Spacious and Clean room with adequate room facilities ”
Love the room size and how they arrange their furnitures and great quality of pillows. Got the nice view facing the uphills. Just that during check in the lady receptionist wasn’t very friendly and smiley. Like not sincere to attend to guests to check in. But will still come again due to the great location and clean hotel.

it has what it take to be a good hotel. i think it need a better location (at the seaside) & better facility (with a swimming pool etc.) perhaps a new hotel branches. Welcome drink is a nice touch (all hotels should do this). Breakfast quite good & delicious, on time, affordable buffet, have all the good buffet breakfast should have. but need check overall menu/dishes. should have a proper protein source (chicken, fish, sausages, etc.) everyday. one day (during my stay) i cant found one. Overall, A nice & very good hotel

Worth and Convenient ”
1. Room is clean and shower really nice. 2. Lots of choice for breakfast (asian/english/beverages/hot drinks/snack/fruit/soup) 3. But need to check all plate and bowl some of them is already broken. 4. Near to HIG shopping center. Easy to shop around. 5. Staff friendly but HIG needs to train them to speak fluently and smile all the time.

Spacious, very clean room, well lit with coffee, tea, jug kettle available. This is an islamic hotel and room comes with prayer mat, telekung & best of all.. Al'Quran. Wow.. This hotel is amazing, nice location and its shopping mall is just next door. Highly recommended for travellers.

The best hotel in langkawi”
Location: at kuah. Connected to among the cheapest shopping complex (HIG complex), near to food stall and restaurant. But around 30- 40 min from chenang (cable car, underwater world )but we rent a car, so it is feasible Cleanliness: good, well kept hotel - they also provide sejadah and telekung for muslim. Staff: helpful and friendly- I requested for baby cot , they provided it right after check in. After all the best hotel if you have rent a car, doesnt need pool but want to shop with no hustle as it just located next to shopping mall

The hotel is very clean. Staffs are friendly. Easy to get food since there is a food court just across the hotel which opens until 10pm. If you need to do your duty free shopping, HIG shopping complex is just next door. The hotel is just a minute away from Kuah Jetty.

It was my 4th time stayin in this hotel and their services is always good. In overall my room is clean and they even provide 'telekung' in the room for female muslims to use . In general, I am very satisfied with my stay here at the hotel and would definitely come back again for my next visits to Langkawi.

Pro: Excellent hotel with good amenities. Big room and clean. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent. Three different menus everyday (stayed for 3 days). Location close by to duty free retailers. Cons: no pool but again beach is nearby.

20-30min drive from Langkawi International Airport with a duty free complex next to it. In front of the hotel is a bazaar with foodcourt, the stalls open around 9am. Room is very clean and staffs are friendly & helpful. We stayed at the highest floor (8th), and noticed the water pressure is low after 11pm.

Not my first time at this hotel and it is safe to say that i am very satisfied with the hotel and its facilities. The receptionist was very quick to attend to my needs and was very helpful. I was just in town for business two weeks ago and the hotel wasn't operating. I'm happy to say that with the recent re-opening, their service and hospitality did not disappoint. Would definitely come back for my next trip.

My second time staying here. Islamic hotel. Room is nice. In the room there’s iron, iron board and telekung ready for you. Go to the lobby and you can request for weight tools to weight your bags. Chocolate shop is just next door. There’s 4 ATM machine in the mall. Near to other shopping area, but you need to have your own transportation or using grab. Will definitely stay here again!
