Design is like old apartment but everything is okay. pool must reserve 1 hour before.

이곳은 가급적이면 피하시는 것이 좋을 듯합니다. 물론 인원이 8명이상 저렴한 숙소를 찾으신다면 그렇게 나쁠 것은 없으나 커플이 지내기에는 다소 허접합니다. 아고다 빠우쳐 주인 전번으로는 통화가 안됩니다. 영어를 할 줄 아는 사람이 없는 듯 아파트 경비원과 통화 후 경비원이 키를 가져다 주어서 입실했고 키 반납은 영문자로 숙소에 놓고 나가겠다고 하고 그냥 나왔습니다. 이른 아침에는 경비원도 누구도 없기때문이었습니다. 문자로 그리하겠다고 는 했는데 영문이라 읽었는지는 알지 못합니다.

OVERALL IS GOOD BUT TOILET AT THE LIVING ROOM,THE FLUSH CANNOT WORK WELL.NEED TO PUMP MORE WATER INTO THE TOILET BOWL DUE TO THE FLUSH PROBLEM.

We are totally dissatisfied with the apartment.”
The apartment is not up to our expectation. The management is not helpful. We booked a 3 rooms apartment on 23 Dec 2016 -24 Dec 2016. Upon arrival, we were told that the apartment can only accommodate 10 person including baby. I have told the management that we have 3 families consists of 6 adults and 6 children aged 4 to 14 yrs old. But we were not allowed to check in due to the number of people. The person in charge then request me to book another hotel nearby. He did not pass the key to me unless I agree to book another room nearby. We have no choice but to book another hotel for another family. Once we entered the apartment we found that the apartment is not equipped with the necessity for example: toilet paper, toiletteries. The air con were not cold even though we put them on full blast 16 degree celsius. We were very disappointed due to all this matters. I hope that Agoda will not recommend this apartment to other travellers.

one of the room is quite smelly and the spider web on the window, but overall is good as it's located at the town area, staff is helpful enough as we keep connected to each other through whatsapp. and housekeeping is provided.

This apartment considers quite old, the rooms (203)and facilities expected to be old too. Floor a bit dirty, but we managed it. The elevators were observed without regular safety inspection certificate. Unsafe condition.

Very suitable for family with young children. However, management of the apartment, too strict with swimming attire but did not follow the original operating hours.

the room/unit which I rented was quite clean, apart from water leaking from the master bedroom's ceiling. The apartment's surrounding/compound looks really run-down as if it has been maintained for years

It look old, heater in master bedroom cannot be used. Toilet smelly.... But anyway the location consider good. But for me is no next time.
