Wonderful, stress free stay. ”
This was one of the few pleasant things about our stay in Malaysia. The staff was super friendly and helpful and check in was very easy. The girls at the front desk gave us advice and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and we loved the extra big bathroom, the shower especially was nice and roomy. It felt like a nice serene cabin in the jungle and had all amenities we needed. Breakfast staff was great as well as the food. It’s best to have a car or motorbike to reach other areas of the island but it’s at a central location so it’s not too far from anything so you can get to beaches and the city easily. We won’t be back to Malaysia anytime soon but if we did we would go back to this place for sure!

What I really like was the quite and soothing ambient blend with the nicely Kampung wooden style house. Rare experience in current modern era. Best of all, it's cheap, budget price with breakfast included. Delightful stay.

THANK YOU Kampung Tok Senik Hotel”
The resort is definitely the best value for your money. There's no denying that the property is old and the facilities are worn out. However, the swimming pool is nice for a chill, sun-tanning afternoon, the rooms are beautifully spacious and all necessities run properly (AC, fan, fridge, etc.) and the restaurant serves inexpensive and delicious local dishes on a daily basis (no alcohol). And the highest of the highlights of our stay with resort is the true wonderfulness of the hotel staff. We wanted to go on hiking to the Gunung Raya (the highest peak of Langkawi) on early morning to avoid the extreme heat and humidity, the not-on-duty receptionist offered to drive us at 6am (with a small fee). 40 mins before our flight left Langkawi (hours after we checked out of the property), we realized we left a laptop at the front desk and we phoned in the resort desperately. The receptionist magically found her colleague to jump into a car and delivered the laptop back within 15 minutes to us!

Spectacular experience”
this is my first experience stay with my husband. the reason why we chose this resort because we want to have great kampung style exprience and feeling of calmness in village environment..we stay at deluxe room..i was told that they are actually open a row of deluxe rooms..during my stay there were five rooms occupied..food was good, clealiness was good, customer service was really good and all i can say i will repeat it again.. and luckily i have no experience in the eerrrie things..i was so relax in this resort..thumbs up and keep it up!

scenic, tranquil”
a bit far from Langkawi's main attractions (but then again, how big is Langkawi Island anyway?). reached the resort late afternoon when the sun was going down, a bit eerie to be honest. but it all went away when you wake up in the morning, breathing the fresh air of langkawi. the resort is quite hilly though. room was quite old but cosy

Reasonable Price and Basic”
We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Generally, the resort was a bit rundown. It could be creepy for those who are afraid of dark and ghosts. The resort was desolate, quiet and serene. Traditional. We all loved it. We had two connecting rooms next to each other. The resort was fairly near to our favorite breakfast spot, Nasi Dagang Pak Malau. Though, we had to drive to commute to everywhere. It was convenient for us. However, everyone is encouraged to rent a car to stay in Kampung Tok Senik Hotel. Overall stay was OK. Neither the best nor horrible. If you expect a high-end and luxurious hotel, don’t stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast included, not needed. Value for money.

very quite and wonderful architectural ,such beautiful design ,those love mother nature will enjoy most, morning birds noise and the facilities , bathroom very clean, huge bad , huge room ,TV ,Internet , I enjoyed. Room to reception a bit far but they provide transport(van). Overall good place for relax and relax and relax.

Our room was overlooking paddy field. It was very serene and beautiful. Room was very spacious and had the basic necessity. Although, it would be better if they could fix up and maintain the toilet and shower area. Concierge was friendly and helpful.

Great for distressing 3.breakfast were tasty and plenty to choose without buffet as we can choose rm15 wirth of food n drink per person n price is cheap compare to tasty food n portion Con: building a bit rundown n not really clean. Sometimes can hear rats in closet. Closet falling off..

Staying here quite creepy like chaket in the wood. But i love it. Eventhough its running down, suitable for anyone who loves nature. Resort are running down, buat still acceptable. Serene enviroment, nice front staff, congrats! Overall was ok. Will repeat again next.

Weird and sort of wonderful”
A fascinating resort that is in need of some TLC. The rooms are huge (but could do with a little renovation). The grounds are huge and really interesting to explore. The wifi was patchy at best. We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed it. If you're looking for new and modern this isn't for you but I'd recommend as it was a great experience. I'd love to have seen this pace in it's former glory.

Good value for money but not the best you can get in langkawi ”
Its an around the 20-year-old resort which was used to be 5-star resort. But now it's suffering from ignorance and miss management. Yes, there was a rat in the room. :D and a scary big lizard on the outside wall of the room.
