amazing hotel!”
this hotel should have the 5-stars rate for them! Not only their price is affordable with all the nice facilities, the location is also good and strategic! I love the comfortable bed, felt a bit sad to leave, and the staff is very polite and i was not getting charged for my late checkout ! i will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends! Keep it up MERCURE KUALA LUMPUR GLENMARIE!

Good Value for money hotel experience ”
I am travelling with my husband for a short business visits and this hotel meets all of our requirements. The hotel is near to my business meeting area and there are fast food and nasi kandar restaurants near by which was easy for our quick lunch before the meeting. The staff of this hotel was also very friendly and the hotel room is clean. Will definitely come again.

Cons: the hotel was only 3 weeks old when we arrived hence very few staff were working. Check in was super slow, coz only one staff knows how to handle the check in process. Requested for extra bed for my kids but apparently the deluxe room is too small to fit one. On the morning of our 2nd day, only one out of 3 elevators are functional so we had to use the service elevator because the waiting time was very long! Now the good part: since I only book one room and can't request another room because they are out of connecting rooms, we were upgraded to a family suite which was supposedly not available for reservation yet and the room is new, big, and clean with spacious bathroom. The bathroom is as big as the bedroom! They were attentive with our requests for extra blankets and towels for our kids. Special thanks to Riz for upgrading us for free! Other general observation: Breakfast was so-so, breakfast was until 11am but they don't replenish very often so we were left with kerak nasi lemak amongst other things. Swimming pool was medium size.

Perfect Staycation ! ”
We had a very good time here during our stay. The room interior is perfect with big smart TV. Staff is friendly. Breakfast with good variety and the nasi lemak is delicious! Free parking and easy to go in and out. Walking distance to the utropolis marketplace with so many shops available. Overall it was GREAT EXPERIENCE! 👍🏻

The room is clean and just nice for 2. The bed and pillow are super comfortable too. Had a great night spent! Would definitely come back for 2nd stay next time.

Enjoyed our stay a lot! All the staff is super friendly. Spacious room with cheaper price. Only the breakfast got limited option and a not really good one. Nasi lemak and all other food is served a lil bit cold and yeah, although tasty doesnt really enjoy it.

Decent stay with the price”
Out of my expectation kind of stay. Toilet is clean and nicely designed, love the Samsung smart to screen Jesus, with a pool view gosh , I’d absolutely come back to stay when I’m back. Cons : not much option for the breakfast but it’s fine for me, the bed is comfy everything is just right ❤️

Modern hotel ”
Great location and very clean. I'm extremely happy with the hot shower. However, I stayed for 2 days , the 1st day was relatively fine except that I requested for an iron which never arrived. I checked out and returned again as my work demands me to stay for another day. The 2nd night stay was quite disappointing. I requested the iron from check in time and it never arrive till check out time. There were no towels in the room and when I called reception, no one answered. I had to get dressed again, and went down to lobby to get the towels. The hotel was nice, modern and clean but they have to buck up with the hospitality and staffing.

Its a good hotel. All is 5star to me, staff friendlty, clean, good facility, good location, love the room. But things need to improve is the check in process. Its take around 5minit to settle the check in if you already paid. Takes more time if pay at the kaunter. First time i need to que almost half and hour to just check in. Then wait another hour because room is not ready, even we check in at 5.30 PM. Understand it is a peak hour on weekend. The breakfirst is good, but not many choice. The taste also just ordinary. Hope the Hotel can improve on this.
