Comfortable stay at room no 3001”
The apartment (approx 700 sq.ft) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets. The master bedroom and the 2nd room have queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed. The master bedroom has a bathroom with toilet attached to it. All bathrooms have a water heater. All bedrooms and the living room were equiped with an aircond + a ceiling fan. The kitchen was equiped with basic cooking utensils and electrical appliances such as electrical stoves with hood, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. The fully automated Panasonic washing machine was functioning well too. Television was connected to the internet and the entire apartment unit was equiped with wifi. It also has iron and iron board. This apartment has a small balcony (facing west) where you can get to see the normal housing area and colour of the sky during sunset (behind the Al-Hana mosque).

Comfy apartment.”
Enjoyed our stay at Seaview Apartment. The apartment itself was clean and all amenities were working well. The lift was useful for getting upstairs with our luggage on tow. The staff at Seaview Hotel (where we had to do our check-in / out) were cheerful and most helpful. I will definitely choose this place next time I'm in Kuah.

Strategic in Kuah & Good stay for family of 5.”
Nice apartment for family. Seaview, monkey view from 3rd level. Kitchen utilities is complete. The good things their tv programme, they even have youtube, movie drama etc. Rooms, living room, toilet and kitchen same as photo. Easy to park (parking provided). The other wing of the apartment is for langkawi fm staff. The guest parking is the first gate on the left (better stay outside peak season). Total parking is around 8. 2 parking always being occupied. Total apartment room is around 12. The second gate parking, i think is for langkawai fm staff. Lift shared. Surely will book again if come to Langkawi in the future with family. Deposit : rm200 (refundable) Tourism promotion fee: rm3/night (not refundable)

Suitable for large group families to stay Can cook, WIFI speed is good, got parking but limited, if you come home late then it will fully occupied. Not check in at the apartment, was at the hotel which located 3 min drive from apartment. Quite area

2 Connecting room”
1st we book for apartment but last minute staff hotel inform us that apartment we book need to do maintenance so they change to 2 connecting room..so we got room 803 if i not mistaken..room is okay..clean but sliding door balcony is hard to open..about swimming pool..we can't use that swimming pool because have event open house raya..even receptionist said we still can use it..but if you can think logically impossible to swimming when the people is have event beside swimming pool right..

The place was equipped with tv, washing machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, parking space, dining hall, living space, etc. As described. Very convenient for a family of 2 adults and 3 young children.

Although the apartment looks like very old building from outside, but the interior is quite good and very worth the money. The parking space at the apartment is not enough. Other than that, everything is good.

Comfortable stay with some mistakes”
In the whole, the apartment is nice. Modern looking, comfortable, located in residential area, but close to central part of Kuah. However there were things disturbing the positive experience. Some parts of furniture were very old and in bad condition, in whole apartment is lack of electric sockets... Although both bathrooms were very comfortable (for Asian standards), there was missing wash basin in one, ridiculous. In the kitchen is lack of cutlery, only two spoons. The buildings hall and stairs sure quite dirty and not very welcoming, but once you enter the apartment, you will feel great.

Near to shops & restaurants. its a quiet place. Generally it was clean except cockroach sightings in the kitchen area & clogged toilet. Minus these setbacks, we had a good time as a family.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY”
GOOD PLACE TO STAY NEAR TO HIG, EATERIES PLACE AROUND THE CORNER..:NEAR TO JETTY POINT AND DATARAN LANG. THE BED IS A COMFY.EXCEPT IT WAS NOT SPACIOUS… MASTER BEDROOM THE TOILET IS STUCK(3003) OVERALL EVERYTHING IS OKAY
