Pleasant stay”
This is a private property, so no counter to check in, have to call owner upon check in Owner was very responsive It has direct access to beach but unfortunately cant swim at the beach Buggy only available upon check in and check out, but it’s not too far to walk from hotel room to parking area. Swimming pool cleanliness need to be improved, looks a bit abandoned For room, it has microwave, induction cooker, kettle, free coffee but no mineral water provided. We booked quadruple room but only 3 towels provided. One thing i really like this room has bathtub, so with the cheap price i think this is really value with money Amazing sunset from this place too, definitely quiet but doesnt feel creepy Recommended for not fussy people, overall it was a pleasant stay and worth the money

Water chalet by the lagoon”
I travelled to langkawi with my 4 small children and my helper. First i thought it was maintained by langkawi lagoon but actually its a private unit and manage by Mr Shahril and mr Aril. We were greated warmly eventhoug i had to wait for about 15-20min until the agent came. I wasnt aware that the checkin time was 3 pm. The room was a walk up apartment no 603. We were the first customer after renovation was done. The decor was classy and romantic. The room was filled with aroma of delicate perfume from the incense stick. The king size bed and comfortable white pillows and comforters was inviting. All my four kids was able to sleep on the huge ikea sofa bed with extra blanket and pillow provided. The kitchen is overlooking the sunset and was breathtaking. There was wifi, and netflix, white fluffy bath and face towels and toiletries with shower gel provided. The lounge chair on the balcony is nice , and we feed the school of fishes from the balcony. The balcony is partially facing the sunset and the other water chalets. We checkout at 12pm and an extra charge of rm30/hour is imposed after 12pm. The induction stove was still not installed during my stay, but they say it will be there by jan 2021. Overall its a very nice unit. And we hope to come and stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very rare and have such a magnificent view. bilik ok kemas, no bath tub, tapi luas and selesa. but be carefull, kalau tinggal makanan ade semut api datang.. iron kena request. no wifi service for now

Love the comfort and relax ambience..even though its a bit isolated but the chenang busy area and of course eating places such as laksa ikan seekoq very near and easily accessible..no winding road... The place is like a studio apt with kitchenette and microwave. Love it..will come again n stay here😍

Really love the view! Very clean (but quit a lot of mosquitoes during night time). For room 578, the bulb exploded & broken for two times (the bulb’s glass falling down the floor which quit dangerous) please help to change the bulb socket in the toilet for future saftey. For room 555, the toilet flush not well functioning.

Loved staying in water chalet, a bit run down bt give time for recovery due to pandemic. Great help from staff and happy with adding our requests that were met with priority. Will visit again.

Third time coming to this chalet. but the service this time is a bit unsatisfied. In front of the exit door when the night is quite dark due to the lights not working. Drinking/mineral water are also not provided as before. no slippers in the room.

Unique environment with so-so service”
👍 Good 1) One of a kind beach lagoon in Langkawi 2) Mini kitchen to prepare quick meal 3) Picturesque, good for photoshoot 👎 So-so 1) Heavily dependent on buggy car 1.1) Have to call/schedule and wait during peak time 1.2) Walking distance to entrance is a bit far (200m) and challenging with handful of luggage 2) On-site support is limited with slow WhatsApp reply 2.1) Check-in/out instruction was provided only after asking. 3) Room not feel welcomed upon check-in 3.1) Leftovers in dustbin and candy wrap under bed frame. 3.2) Toilet roll left with 1/4 4) There's only one balcony chair for a 3-person ocean view room. 5) Staircase to upper floor can be very dark during cloudy day as the light was time-controlled. 6) Ocean view at night will suffer green glaring lights from vessels (not their fault) ℹ️ Remarks 1) Shared resource/parking with Ombak Villa 2) Recommend to contact owner in advance to schedule for buggy service

Don’t choose this kind of resorts. So scary at night. Many insects appeared at night. The water is so dirty in their Swimming pool also. So please choose the 3 stars or 5 stars hotel when you go.

Not a positive experience”
Booked for 2 rooms, but only get 1 room at 3pm check in. We only manage to get the other room at around 4.45pm, after a very tiring day. The villa is apparently privately managed, and not under hotel management, which explains the poor condition and management during the check in. not worth it.
