Exceptional all-around!”
My husband, our 3-year old daughter and I stayed in the one-bedroom villa with partial ocean view from 3rd until 7th October 2021. Honestly, it was one of the best decision we ever made to stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa. I emailed the resort beforehand with our arrival details as we were entitled to a 2-way airport transfer. When we arrived in Langkawi International Airport, we were greeted by The Westin staff who escorted us to the MPV to be chauffer-driven to the Resort. Farah helped us with checking-in and she is a very delightul person. We really loved the villa. It is secluded from the main Resort buildings, very quite, clean and we were entitled to breakfast being sent to the villa upon request. We did have our breakfast delivered to the villa on the last day and had breakfast at the Seasonal Tastes on other days. The breakfast spread was very good with wide variety of choices. I personally enjoyed the dim sum, freshly made roti canai, beef and chicken rendang, and the fresh healthy beetroot + celery juice served in bottle. All the staff at breakfast followed strict COVID-19 SOP and we observed an overall good adherence to SOP throughout the Resort. We also had a few glasses of virgin colada from The Splash pool bar and the pool bar boys were all very friendly and helpful. During our stay, we had the chance to have a good chat with Mr Haider and Mr Shan (Director of Operations) to provide some feedback,and they were both very pleasant to talk to. It is evident Mr Haider and Mr Shan truly care about the staff, the guests and the Resort, and they are already doing great! We went to Tide restaurant for dinner one night and had Tomahawk with medium doneness to share. It must be one of the best Tomahawk we ever had and the price is reasonable considering the exceptional quality and taste. Best experience and everyone was happy 🥰”
Everything was just perfect and service was excellent! I will just give full marks for every point Location was strategic, very near to the jetty, lots of delicious restaurants nearby, near to Haji Ismail Group and Ram’s for shopping. Ambience was very soothing and beautiful. The moment we drove into the hotel, it gave a calming and classy vibe. Hotel area is huge, place is quiet, interior is elegant, 3 large pools facing the ocean. Perfect for a short getaway to heal body and mind. Staffs were excellent, very polite and so kind I’m in love. I remember Liza who helped us from booking and bringing us to the villa. You are so kind and nice, thank you for everything you did for me and my friends. The moment she served us I knew I had to write a good review for this hotel. Breakfast was delicious! And there were a lot of choices. Since it was an ala carte buffet style, all the staffs there patiently and politely served us. Me and my 4 other friends have huge hungry stomachs to be filled, but the staff really serves us well, I’m touched. Rooms that we stayed were absolutely perfect! It was a villa with a private pool, very beautiful interior. Although there were monkeys but they just kept quiet stayed still. Overall it was the best experience for me and my best friends. Perfect for families with small children”
We have been to Langkawi many times. Stayed at more than 7 different hotels, westin exceeds my expectations! We had a pool villa and it was perfect, but perhaps a small lick of paint is required, the choice of several swimming pools was also very good with the baby pool and infinity pool perfect for my 18 month old Although restaurant was expensive the service and food at the tide restaurant was lovely at sunset. The car pick up service was ace, the house cleaning staff was super attentive, the check in was effective. We stayed at the st Regis before and wanted to try the westin but could still use st Regis, the Regis swimming pool is less child friendly The hotel was a good choice to keep that social distancing happening and to avoid the crowds it has its own beach which was remote and isolated. Would I stay again! Absolutely! Well done westin!

Awesome stay in Langkawi”
My family and I had a good time in Westin. We upgraded our room to a room with balcony and unlimited view for only RM200 for 2 nights. The staffs were very nice, trying to make small conversations each time we went by. The breakfast buffet was spectacular with variety choices of food. They have 3 swimming pools: The Infinity Pool, The Kids Pool and The Rock Pool. All three swimming pools were big and comfortable to be used by families with young kids. The SOP was carefully followed and implemented throughout my stay in the hotel. However, I wish the water pressure from the rain shower head may be improved as the pressure was quite low. Anyhow, overall, we were very happy and we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Excellent hotel! But not airport lounge!”
Wonderful 2 night stay. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The private villa facing the sea is amazing, very nice interior, well equipped. They even have a lounge at the airport for the guests, very nice interior BUT the ladies toilet in the lounge was filthy, what a shame and what a disappoinment, the wc seemed liked it has not been properly cleaned for a while, even the public toilet at the airport is cleaner. Your staff manning the lounge was also busy talking to his friend. Professionalism much needed here.

Peaceful corner of Langkawi”
Love the hotel, the infinity pool , the facilities, staff. We had a great time. The hotel is walking distance to the Fisherman’s wharf where there were several pubs with a great view and nice ambience. The hotel too had a great lounge area facing the sea. We used the tennis courts, the only one thing that the hotel could do is make the 2nd tennis court more playable - need to clean or resurface the 2nd tennis court. But other than that, everything else was very good

Everything was superb !”
The environment, staff, cleanliness, room service, buggy. Tip top ! However, I was staying in superior, 2 queen, which I thought was for 4 people, because logically if queen, it would sufficient for 2 people. However, the queen bed is not queen I guess. Its super single right? I think Westin need to change the title room to super single in Agoda.It was really small for 4 people. If we have known this, we would book 2 hotel room instead of one room. Nevertheless, It was a pleasant stay ! Thank you Westin.

Best holiday we've had in years!”
We made the right choice with this one to kick off our back-to-normal holiday trip. Room was very spacious, there was a clean and beautiful stretch of beach about 3 minutes away from the room, the pools were nice, the breakfast buffet is just amazing with a variety of choices, the beachside restaurant that we had our dinner at didn't disappoint too. Also, the hotel is right next to the jetty. A lot of restaurants nearby if you want to try something local.

Thank you westin staff.. Really had great time there.. The infinity pool is nice and clean water.... The food is awesome breakfast buffet, the best and tastiest food in whole langkawi.. Lols. And the staff was really helpful.. They always attend with smile.. We extend our stay cause we really think the hotel is so worth.. I would definitely choose to stay here in the future. Plus now we went when less people.. Hence its really pleasant stay. Tq again.

Amazing hotel and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Me and my wife were their first guest since they opened after the lockdown and was lucky enough to get a nice upgrade. Pros: Bed and pillows comfortable, breakfast was amazing, swimming pool was big and good temperature, facilities top class. Cons: NONE Highly recommended and we will definitely be back there again 😁

It has a huge and splendid swimming pool (the kids enjoy the most), excellent customer service ( I've got a free room upgrade from basic room to sea view room without asking for it), most satisfactory cleanliness with the inspiring Marriott®️ Hotel Attune scent. My kids, husband and I really enjoy our stay here and will definitely come again. The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa is awesome!

It was our first time staying at the Westin Langkawi and we did not regret booking it one bit. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were abundant and the beach was pleasantly private. Plenty to do in the hotel compound which is great for families with young children.

Wonderful resort, friendly staff, Comfortable bed & pillows. First visit to Westin Langkawi, I do enjoyed and relaxed having my bday trip here. Some room amenities need to be fix and maintain after this peak holiday season . Faced bathtub leaking and wet floor after shower, feedback to the staff due to high occupancy unable to offer room change. Impressive staff speedy follow up on my feedback and explain to me on their action. Finally, thank you for the drink treat by Mr Kuvan. Will definitely come back again soon. Thank you

BEACH no good, but everything else is amazing”
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, room was spacious & clean. We had a garden view that was peaceful & with a lovely balcony. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was really worth it - tasty, huge variety & staff very conscious of SOPs. View was great, especially during sunset. We even played indoor basketball! Unfortunately, beach was only nice to look at. There was a LOT of coral rubble on the beach & in the sea. It was extremely difficult to walk barefooted - all of us had cuts on our feet for trying. Understand that this is out of Hotel's control but it is important for YOU (a potential guest) to be aware of. There are also very little to no waves. Location is in Kuah, around ~25min (RM30~ Garb) from the happening Cenang beach, so it is a little far away from the 'city'. However, many restaurant & duty free shopping options in Kuah town ~5min away.

The hotel is super nice cool clean. My kids love it so much sampai tak nak balik. The pool is superb. Besar and ade byk. Very near to the beach. Byk tmpt2 cool for your ootd. Staff pun sgt2 la baik siap upgrade kan bilik. We definitely will come back.

Wonderful escaped!!!!”
Went for 3D/2N weekend at The Westin Langkawi, from the time to check in until check out everything was superb. Receptionist staff En Izwan Saad was very helpful explained everything upon check in. The TIDE Restaurant food was tasty especially the steak. Thanks also to Cik Shamsinar for the lovely service at counter and assist us wz our dinner booking at TIDE. Overall the service and staff are superb! will be back soon....
