1:cheap but good👍👍 2:near to cenang beach, vendors, food trucks, coco Valley, underwater World and many more attractions spot 3:the room is clean, aircond is cold, hot shower is working well TV is working, but the WiFi need to be upgrade. Comfy bed (worth the price I've paid) 4:the owner is so kind N friendly. I had booked my ferry tickets via online booking but it needs me to print out the tickets which come to the point that they printed it out for me FOC even when I'm willing to pay for it but they refused it l.. What a kind owner.. Did I mention they are really helpful? .. Yes they are. 5:quite and peaceful at night even so the food trucks that filled with crowds just right across the hotel.. 😊😊 6:i came with 2 of niece.. And yes we had a great time here.. Tq so much for this great hospitality. 😘😘 7:10/10 would recommended (if u r a budget traveler and not a fussy person like us)😏😏 8:10/10 would definitely come back if Im in langkawi again🤗🤗 Overall rate :9.25/10

Easy check in and check out. Room is clean and water pressure also good. Have small fridge and iron. Walking distance to cenang beach and very near to eatery. Ample parking space during our stay maybe not many guests. Overall highly recommended! Thanks Tok Jah guest house :))

The owner are really friendly. Nice and clean homestay to stay. The location is strategic because near to the Chenang Beach & foodtruck at night, got a space for parking your car. Very recommended to stay here and definitely, i will come again soon.

Cheap and Good ”
If you’re out most of the time and looking for a cheap clean comfy place, this is the place. Stayed for 6D5N. Bed is comfy. Aircon is good. 5 mins to Cenang beach. 30mins walk to Kalut Beach Bar, that’s like the end of Cenang beach. Tonnes of food, restaurants or food truck, massage, tours and a little shopping. The nearest food place is just smack outside of the homestay. Best Kway Teow goreng! The only thing that would have been better is to have a mini fridge. As I am out most of the time under the sun sand and seawater, the water pressure for the shower could have been stronger. A place to wash the sand of my feet at ground level will be best instead of having to put my slippers outside my room (very safe) and using the extra towel for my feet. Pls bring your own toiletries as the only thing provided is a little bar soap. TV Channel is only TV2 and TV3. Could have been better but for the price I’m staying for 6 nights, it’s EXTREMELY cheap compared to the other hotels. Money well spent on tours and jetski instead. Thank you Pak Long and Nek Jah for making me feel safe as a solo traveler 🤗

The location is a bit hidden for the first timer because gps brought to wrong location. quite near to beach, walkable distance, but not directly opposite to underwater world like mentioned, close to food trucks during night. The room is spacious & comfortable. The host is very nice that he allowed us to check out late for free as no one will check in later yeay! Would love to repeat the stay here 😊 Highly recommended!!

Room had everything we needed, good ac, hot shower and a nice bed. All staff constantly had a smile on their faces and were always more than willing to help with any questions. We needed to go to Penang and were put in contact with someone else in minutes.

Decent property with good owner”
Stayed here for 2 nights few weeks ago and check-in and checkout has been super smooth. Room was decent but slightly on the smaller side for 2 adults and 1 eight year child and the wifi has been weak. I was not able to book even a grab taxi using the hotel's wifi. Inspite of the above drawbacks, the owners attitude has covered up all the negatives and will definitely consider this property again.
