Fantastic Staff ”
I returned to Koh Jum Resort for the fourth time, it's always a pleasure to visit. This time I suffered a bad injury on a motorbike and I can't praise the hotel manager, Mr Supachot, enough. Within 15 minutes of me arriving at the medical centre he was there asking about my welfare. He waited until I was treated and took me back to the resort, every day he provided me with transport to and from the clinic and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even negotiated a fair repairs price with the rental company and got my bill reduced. When you are a long way from home and in a vulnerable situation it's really comforting to know there's someone you can rely on who will look after you. All the staff under Mr Supachots guidance are excellent and have very happy and willing approach to all the hotel guests. The food is all cooked on site and is delicious . The beach is as beautiful as you will find anywhere in the world and the whole resort has a unique boutique feel about it. I have no hesitation in recommending Koh Jum Resort to anyone....i just hope the owners appreciate the fantastic staff and manager there ! Can't wait to return

Relaxing weekend ”
It has a beautiful location but to get there in motorbike could be tricky if is raining or had rained because the dirt road gets very slippery, other than that it is a great choice to stay. The food was absolutely delicious. They are building new bungalows with jacuzzi in the balcony with the ocean view. All the bungalows are now ocean view. The property is being well maintained and the manager and staff are really friendly and helpful.

Hotel have private and clean beach, my kids was very happy playing sea. Hotel also has all accommodations that perfect for family. Staffs are very kind and good service. Food also yummy. Love this place.

Cleanly, lees then 30 seconds walking to the sea 🏝,nice swiming pool, restaurant the best food in Koh Jum island , many food to select & freshly cooked , extremely friendly staff., value for the money less then 800bah a night for a bungalow . Amazing Island Getaway! ”
This amazing little resort on Koh Jum had adorable huts build up the hillside, each with a beautiful ocean view. The private beach had soft sand, great water, and free loungers. The staff was fantastic! They were super friendly and kind. The restaurant was descent at best, but the prices were reasonable.

Quiet and peaceful place”
Best location close to the beach, nice view, friendly staff. Perfect place to avoid from noise and stay relax. We stay at premier front beach room that closes to the beach, the bar and the pool. It’s very convenient for us. Professional work from staff. But wifi a little bit slow (maybe because it was raining). Overall it was great, I’d like to come back there again.

We were here for second time. Good, calm place.”
The bathroom looks pretty old, but staff was good, we have just problem with the receptionist. He promised something, but did not do this. But the older one fixed it. Especially thanks go to Lilly - works on bar and Nui - for the best massage on the beach!

bungalows Close to beach”
Good Close to beach. Nice with pool. Nice reception. Beautiful barbecue dinner. Relaxing if you sit a bit away from the families Bad Noisy People at pool and beach. Could not order before 14.00 (coconut and drink). noisy fridge. Our bungalow was Close to pool (need to be cleaned) and reception so a bit Noise. Family hotel.

Amazing and beautiful resort”
Beautiful resort and beach. I had traveled with 3 other girls all in our 20s. We stayed two nights and had fun playing cards with the staff and exploring the beach. The air in the room worked but left us stuffed up, but the bungalows are nice and view is priceless. Overall wish there was more to do for us being young, but it is a great resort and we loved our stay. Friendly staff, good food, and amazing views!

Beautiful view - but beach not perfect for swimming”
If you want to relax and have the whole beach to yourself, this is the perfect place. However, if you want to do lots of activities (snorkeling, swimming, etc etc) Koh Jum doesn't offer too much. It is a relatively undeveloped island and Koh Jum resort is relatively far from the village on the island. We were also a little disappointed that swimming is only comfortable with a high tide - at low tide the rocks make swimming tricky. Breakfast was great, and service is professional.

Rustic rather than anything else”
Good: beach side location, quaint rustic grass roofs chalets in a jungly setting. Ok pool but small. Staff very smiley and pleasant. Great massage lady called NUI. Breakfast quite good. Not good, many treacherous stone steps with no hand rails, very steep and studded with stones which are a trip hazard. Pool dated with several tiles missing and sharp edges everywhere. Food hit and miss. Beach has many rocks so swimming at any time other than high tide is impossible without shoes on. I cut my foot The track to the resort is a dirt track, muddy, rutted and very dangerous especially in the dark. This leaves you trapped in hotel effectively unless you want to pay £7.50 each way for a taxi to the village which is about 5km. We had the best room they had but there was rubbish strewn about everywhere. So not worth the money, oh and not a comfortable chair to be found anywhere until we complained and were given two out of reception. No pads £100 for a boat trip to Koh Phi Phi 3 miles away!

Nice place, but price is too high”
We enjoyed our stay. We had some decent thai food in the good restaurant and swam in the sea at high tide. The beach has too many rocks during low tide to swim. The water in the pool was not clean, so we used the pool at the resort next door. Value for money is not good enough I think.

Food great, with tables set up on beach for dinner next to the sea. Small pool but you are next to the sea. Given the location (next to the jungle) expect wildlife! This is a wonderful place.

Oasis of Koh Jum”
We had a great Stay at Koh Jum Resort . For us is this Island and Resort a Oasis for Relaxing and charge your Battery ... Our Sea View Room , was big the Bathroom too and clean . Very nice Sea View from the Balcony . Nice Bungalows and Garden at Koh Jum Resort . The small Pool , big enough for swimming . The small Bar , nice and a nice Sunset View . Breakfast was delicious . Lunch and Dinner also . All what we eat was a good Tasty . The Staff very Friendly and helpfully . Easy check in and out . Great pick up from the Ferry , with his Long tail Boat middle of the Sea . Amazing . The Waitress all very Friendly and speak a good English . You can really relax or snorkeling and Kayaking . Or walking on the Beach . We want say that Resort was for us the right Choice . We can recommend the Koh Jum Resort . And we want say thank you to all of the Staff you make our stay Excellent
