Exceptional”

It was indeed a great experience to stay in Kohinoor Elite. The staff was always helpful and ready to go beyond their duty... the security, the receptionist the managers, the lady sweeper ... everybody, . Lunch and dinner was having a lot variety and good taste. The kitchen staff was also polite and helpful. My mother was having paralysis. Everybody helped to make her stay pleasant. Just a couple of suggestions ... Though you may not be getting such handicapped customers regularly, it will be good if you make some arrangements for them. Secondly, I felt the lights could have been better in the room. Anyway, I will definitely like to stay here again, if the need arises.

Was transfered to Continental, great place! ”

Was transferred to Kohinoor Continental, they were sold out at Elite. Was given the same rate and facilities as Elite including four meals which was amazing. Very friendly staff all around. Food was really good at Solitare with very friendly staff particularly Nikhilesh. I would definitely book this hotel for my next visit and recommend this to all my friends.

the staff were very accommodating in every sense ”

Our initial visit was not a good one which was nothing to do with the hotel but our complaint is to Acoda. We had booked 3 rooms for 6 people and the booking only was made for 3 people which caused an upset for the whole group!! But the Staff could not have been more accommodating They dealt with the situation in the most friendly and curtious manner. We did have to pay the extra charge but Acoda needs to make its booking forms clearer to state how many people!! The staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was top notch the transfer was arranged swiftly. All in all we would definitely recommend the Kohinoor Hotel in Mumbai.

Good hotel to stay nearby BKC area, the food was very tasty. I got a very good deal on Agoda.com so thanks to Agoda also for providing such a good deal. It was an absolute value for money. I had travelled from Germany to Mumbai and enjoyed the very good Indian food offered by Kohinoor Elite hotel.

Value for Money with Good Location”

This was a business trip which i made where i had travel between andheri east, airport and kurla on a regular basis. Kohinoor Elite, was situated in a convenient and easily accebile location for us. The Hotel looked like an upmarket place and definetily much more premium that what was expected at the price point at which i booked it. What also came to me as a surprise is that all our meals were also included in the same price. I must add the food was a lavish spread and not a 3-4 item buffet. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The AC is an issue as it takes time to cool, but once it does, it is very comfortable. Phoneix MarketCity mall is right around the corner and i would recommend you going there for a while. All in all i was a happy traveller. Kudos to the team

Wow ! Found a hidden Gem in Mumbai !”

I have booked this 3* hotel after looking the positive reviews ! Though my expectation was not that great for this hotel after the nominal amount which i paid for this Booking ! But to my surprise this Hotel is the best value for money in Mumbai ! My package included All Meals , and the meals served were really delicious and hygienic. Lot of options to choose in breakfast and major meals !Very nice and spacious rooms. I normally stay in 4* and 5* hotels , but while staying in this hotel , I felt like staying in 4* plus hotel. I would definitely book this hotel again for my stay in Mumbai now onward !

Very impressed with Kohinoor! A superior hotel not far from the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Very nice & clean a/c room & bathroom. Was amazed with all meals provided....there was a huge choice on buffet & all very tasty. I would definitely book again!

I had a good stay at Kohinoor Elite...It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel. The rooms were clean. I took the all meals inclusive package and all meals were great. The check-in staff was not very friendly and helpful though! All in all a decent hotel!

we went to mumbai often for business trip and this is the first time to try new hotel and we love it!!. the room was nice and clean. staff was very helpful. also, the price already included buffet at hotel which variety of food. one day we have to leave very early morning and staff served the breakfast special for us at room.

Perfect end to a long trip”

After 17 days travelling around India and getting a little tired of it all, we ended up spent a lot of time at the hotel. It had everything; close to a mall, clean comfortable room and good service. We had the Elite package which included limited washing, airport transfer, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others for sure

Clean, Great quality and Fully inclusive”

I needed a place to stay in Mumbai for a couple of nights and this hotel was great for that, It's close to a mall. The beds are super comfy and cosy, had the best sleep! The rooms are just so nice and you get breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets included in your stay so definitely worth it. I thought the food was really good especially at dinner. And they arrange airport pickup and drop-off for free, which was a huge plus for me. I arrived at 1am in the morning and I didn't have to worry about anything, just had the driver waiting for me to take me to the hotel. And when I was leaving, the car was ready to drop me off before I was even ready. Really good service here :)

Overall A Good Stay With A Few Downsides”

The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Especially the room service boy - Day Shift, the food is decent with good spread for a 3 star and a full board package. Suggest the hotel managers to teach a few more etiquette’s as in greeting the guest, keeping a smile, and so on if looking at a growing in the industry. The night receptionist (The stout guy) needs to learn a little more manners rather than being snobbish and replying back in a very rude manner, when it’s not his responsibility if some of the guests kids were causing inconvenience. Being a bit courteous would have helped rather than replying in an abrupt manner as if it’s none of his business. I hope the service does change and the point are kept into consideration. Amazing facilities in most affordable price!!! Free breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner...although I can’t avail lunch & evening snacks but breakfast and dinner was awesome!!! Will keep continue to book in this hotel for travelling in Mumbai

Lovely Hotel, Good Food and Ambience”

Though the hotel is a little difficult to locate, if you are going on your own, once you reach there you will not repent. The hotel rooms are comfortable, decent size, with a view to under construction buildings around a park (a rare view in mumbai). Food spread is excellent and the food (especially the chikan tikka) was yummy. All in all a great experience

Excellent place value for what you pay”

As a traveller from uk i can only say this hotel is value for money and staff go the extra way to help you i would like to give merits to dinesh in reception he was very courteous in every way helping me with all my problems if i new the owner of this hotel i think he deserves a promotion in his job. Food was excellent just one downside the hotel is out of the city but remember you cant have everything so i just called cabs to go around mumbai.

Business class, No frills, Clean, Immaculate hotel”

A new business class serviced apartment. Very clean and maintained well. All meals makes the package cool. Away from airport which may be an issue. No frills hence need to think twice before we suggest to foreigners with short stays. Good pricing, Calm and Serene atmosphere. Kohinoor club facilities come as a great advantage too.

One of the best and value for money ”

It is my favorite hotel in Mumbai in terms of Value for Money ! You get all meals and very nice room for a bare minimum price !! Food is awesome ! Rooms are Clean and very comfortable !
