            suitable for budget travellers”

            the view of the hotel and the rooftop onsen have a very open and spectacular view of the lake. Staff are able to communicate on Putonghua. The hotel restaurant needs to be refurbished and modernised but the room is neat , spacious, clean and tidy.

            I think it's a little bit old hotel, but to compare to the view, I think it's great! the hotel staff come pick us up at the station and also send us there! very nice. but the hot water is the only thing we need them to fix. however, nice hotel.

            KINDNESS OF THE DRIVER”

            The Driver of the hotel work as a receptionist as well. He purposely take us to the bus station when he is free from reception counter. Never expected he did give us the offer after the delivery time. He is a very kind and good worker.

            Good view of the Lake. The outside onsen was quite nice. Sadly, the hotel hasnt renewed itself in a while and the buffet room is really disappointing. I hope they can change that!

            Personnel très aimable mais hôtel vétuste, ne vaut pas le prix des chambres. ”

            Ne vaut pas 18000¥ (140€) la nuit. Tout l’hôtel est vieillot, vétuste. Mobilier en mauvais état. Sent la cigarette très fort dans tout l’hôtel, y compris les chambres. L’air est vicié. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche le matin, mais vite résolu par la réception. En revanche, c’est propre. Et le personnel est très aimable. Mais je n’ai pas réussi à me faire rembourser une partie des frais, alors que le tarif des chambres est honteusement élevé pour la qualité de l’établissement. Il y a mille fois mieux pour exactement le même prix dans le coin.

            髒亂差”

            旅館老舊 基本衛生都做得很糟糕 房間角落到處可見蜘蛛網和灰塵 發黃充滿塵埃的睡枕 玻璃窗上沒清理的水垢 非常臭的洗水間 公眾浴場的地面和池底都是黄黄的污積 館內員工態度十分惡劣 致電服務台請求協助，被告知： 你需要的東西（毛巾）我們用完了沒有了 我現在很忙沒空給你們處理 ？？？？？？ 一間旺季尚有空房間的旅館 竟然會有毛巾用完的情況？ 更重要是不感覺到她有一點想幫助我們解決問題的意思 另外，此位有點年紀的女士只會說普通話 第二天早上被她不斷拍門滋擾 與幫忙開門處理, 說英語的同行友人完全不能溝通 如果到日本旅行還想感受一下身處中國內地低級賓館般惡劣對待的話 這旅館我強烈推薦
