Very nice hotel!”
You can see the Hotel when you go out from Shinkansen Exit of Hamamatsu Station. It takes only 2 mins to get there on foot. The hotel is very clean. Even though it can be said that hotels in Japan are generally very clean, this hotel is very high standard. The room size is typical Japanese budget hotel one. A public bath is available on the first (ground) floor. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great stay”
Just a few steps from the station, cheap parking and a nice clean room. The pillow was a joke but overall was very good. At noon they give you a free alcohol which was an amazing surprise. Love it!

Good location with Happy hours complimentary”
The hotel is very closed to the Hamamatsu station next to the Toyota Rent-a-car. The room facilities is well efficient and working in good condition. Happy hours' one drink from the hotel is superb.

we were in for business trip. its just across the hamamatsu station so it was easy to come back after work. and their breakfast was good! its a shame that there is no one speaking english at the reception.

Stayed for one night in this probably fairly new hotel. It’s central, just next to the train station and shopping. Clean, comfortable and comes with good breakfast. Everything was perfect, the staff a bit stiff though. Would stay again

Clean and convenient location”
Though the room was small, it was OK for us since it was just one night. Customers can choose shampoo/conditioner/body soap of their preference and take them up to your room. It was nice that we can drink coffee/tea at room.

Great service and location”
It was a very nice stay even though it was only one night. We left the bags before check in and left them after check out and they were always very kind to us. There were many amenities available such as bath salts of different types, coffee and even beauty products. I was also impressed they sold some souvenirs. I even bought one. They also provided the bathrobes, kettle, cups and teabags. I know they have a happy hour from 18-20 for a free drink at the restaurant but we did not use that nor the public bath. Being so close to the station helped us enormously. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. I would have wished our room has a better view but it was not a problem anyway.

駅から近く利便性もいい 清潔感もあって大浴場つきサービスも充実していてこれからも利用したい ただ、前に比べて大浴場の規模が狭く洗い場が3つしかない ロッカーも縮小で混雑時は待たされそう 部屋数に応じた設備であってほしい

清潔感漂う素敵なホテルでした”
フロントから部屋まで本当に綺麗だったと思います。1度だけ、その前に喫煙所から出てきた人が乗ったのか、エレベーター内で煙草の匂いがキツいときがありましたが、そのあとしばらくしてから乗ると匂いも完全に消えていたので換気もしっかりされているんだなと感じました。スタッフの方々のフロント対応もとても気持ちのいいもので、また是非利用したいと思いました。
