Not for family ”

It’s neither for family or for anyone in particular. Just a 2bhk empty house left to use. No toiletries or towels available. Neither kitchen is functional. Washrooms are not well maintained. Basically a 15-20 yr old house nobody chose to rent it out because of poor condition. So they made it home stay.
