Just passing through”

needed a place to overnight at last minute. found this hotel though Agoda. booked a king size bed. hotel never received the reservation. however, they had a nice room with twin beds and it worked out. free airport transfer is why we booked. nice staff.

Excellent”

We stayed one night as we were bringing an elderly friend to Phx for an early flight. We had a handicap equipped room which featured a roll-in shower. The room was adequate although the carpets needed cleaning. Front desk staff were extremely personable! Airport shuttle was a terrific service.

Stay away from this hotel”

We chose this hotel because it was close to airport. Other than the location everything about this hotel is just a big disappointment. As soon as we checked in, we were greeted by old rude lady. When I booked , it said free breakfast and shuttle but it’s all lie. You can see people smoking pots. Also the room smells really bad and looks like the bedsheets have not been washed for many weeks

Breakfast is limited to Cornflakes and other sweet things, which could be not your cup of tea. Fortunately a restaurant "Denny's" is at walking distance and propose a larger choice of breakfasts.

Has room for improvement ”

The first night man was a blessing checking us in. He did what he could to help and save money. The room was good, with exception of no vent in the bathroom. The day shift lady was not very kind or willing to help. Felt like I was just in her way the whole time.

General Manager was rude and evasive ”

Check out is at 12 but if you leave to get something to eat they will throw away your belongings and justify it by claiming the room was dirty. Matientence was very helpful and polite as was the front desk

I went to check in...I just got done working on my vehicle my axel had broken so yes I look dirty but it didn't give hotel manager a right to give me a attitude tell me don't take google pay I had another way pay the deposit but she just rolled her eyes and started flirting with the 2 men that came in after me never asked or would even let me say anything else to her I was to tired to argue or say something I just know how I wouldn't treat anyone she horrible and so is this hotel for having management representing there company by treating customers by the way they look you don't know what someone is going through shame on you!!!

I had a 20 hours layover at the airport and decided I needed a bath and a bed to have some rest. This place was the worst option. Check-in took too long, the room was not clean, and the distance did not worth the price. Tip: find something closer and don't waste your time with this place.

This place is s dive. Dated, dirty, smells bad, and overall lacking cleanliness. I would not recommend and won't be coming back.

Extremely Dirty”

Our room was the filthiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Hair and Eyelashes in our bathroom covering the floor, crumbs on bedside table. Carpet and walls dirty. The bedsheets were clean but we felt so uncomfortable we didn’t take our shoes off in the room.

Upscale, pleasant room”

Pleasant room. A step up from the Motel 6 tier, for sure. There is room for improvement, though. -checking into a reservation at 4:30 in the afternoon, my room and others' rooms were not available yet. We were advised to come back at 5:30 in the evening to have our room ready for us. This seemed a little bizarre, and I can assume that it was understaffing at fault. They have a nice little pool, so I was happy to spend an hour poolside to rest after my long drive. Unfortunately, they were out of clean towels for the pool. This wasn't a big deal as I had a beach towel in my car I was happy to use. -the room was very nice and I wouldn't have had any complaints if not for: -some splatter on the wall in the area of the microwave -visible cobwebs along the edge of the ceiling and wall always make me feel queasy. It would be better if they just ran a duster along the edge of the ceilings once a week, or even once a month, so that these didn't appear. -the last issue was specific to my room, unfortunately, so next time I will just request not to be put in that room. Room 103 shares a wall with the fitness center and the TV mounted on the shared wall was blasting until 10:00pm - and it sounded like a live music performance was next to me in the hotel. It was too loud through the wall to enjoy my room peacefully, as the sound from the Fitness room TV was much more powerful than the standard TVs in each hotel room. Fortunately I had a good night's sleep because the fitness room closes at 10:00. But being in the room between 7:00 and 10:00 was not pleasant. I would not stay in that room again. Overall I really enjoyed the decor, the bed and the pool, and the staff were all pleasant.

Exceptional”

I love La Quinta not only because they take pets but also that they have convenient locations. I needed to have one with a airport shuttle. He was on time and very courteous.

Needs work”

First off, we got there after 3pm and our room still want ready even though I had called several times to ask for early checkin which we obviously didn’t get. The carpet and furniture were stained. Towel availability was a joke- had to ask several times before I finally got towels. Pool and fitness room were nice. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious.
